【摘要】：同比指標(biāo)和環(huán)比指標(biāo)是兩個(gè)完全不同的指標(biāo);檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)CPI同比指標(biāo)為非平穩(wěn)的,CPI環(huán)比指標(biāo)具有滯后12階的季節(jié)性。取對數(shù)差分后的同比指標(biāo)和取對數(shù)滯后12階差分的環(huán)比指標(biāo)是完全相同的指標(biāo),在運(yùn)用AR模型度量通貨膨脹的持久性時(shí)是選擇前者還是后者沒有差異。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明中國的通貨膨脹持久性水平在1999年1月前后有明顯變化,在1991年1月之前通貨膨脹受到?jīng)_擊后持續(xù)的時(shí)間要長于1999年1月之后的。
[Abstract]:The test shows that the index of CPI is non-stationary and has a seasonal lag of 12 order. The lognormal difference index is exactly the same as the logarithmic lag 12-order difference index. When using AR model to measure the persistence of inflation, there is no difference between the former and the latter. The empirical results show that the persistence of inflation in China changed obviously around January 1999, and the duration of inflation before January 1991 is longer than that after January 1999.
