后危機(jī)時(shí)代招商銀行國(guó)際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis and the European debt crisis have brought many uncertain effects to the development of the world economy, but still have a negative impact on the real economy. Under the background of accelerating globalization, new changes will appear in the world economic and financial structure in the post-crisis era. After America and Europe and other important economies were hit hard by the global financial crisis, how to stabilize the global financial system has become the focus of the world, China's huge foreign exchange reserves have attracted much attention. In the post-crisis era, China's commercial banks have a rare opportunity for international development. At present, in the process of internationalization of China Merchants Bank, there are still many problems, such as small scale of overseas business, backward management mode, single type of business and customers, lack of influential international brands, unreasonable layout of overseas institutions, etc. In the post-crisis era, how to make a strategic choice of international development in view of the shortcomings of transnational operation and to develop its strengths and circumvent its weaknesses has become a major topic for China Merchants Bank to integrate into the globalization. Based on the definition of the main concepts of this paper, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of the international development strategy of commercial banks and the domestic research status by using the literature method. Then, this paper introduces the general situation of China Merchants Bank's internationalization development, analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of China Merchants Bank, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the macro environment and industry environment of China Merchants Bank's internationalization development by using PEST analysis and five-force analysis. Then, on the basis of SWOT analysis of China Merchants Bank's internationalization development, this paper puts forward the strategic choice of China Merchants Bank's internationalization development. Finally, the author puts forward the implementation of the strategy of international development of China Merchants Bank in the post-crisis era, which should be carried out through the construction of the growth strategic model of China Merchants Bank, the reverse strategic model, the offensive strategic model and the defensive strategic model.
