綠色信貸、綠色聲譽(yù)與銀行績(jī)效

【摘要】:在倡導(dǎo)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的背景下,綠色革命迅速在全球蔓延。以綠色信貸為主題的銀行業(yè)改革與創(chuàng)新成為發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。推行綠色信貸政策不僅肯定了商業(yè)銀行對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)和資源配置的積極導(dǎo)向作用,而且也為銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了依據(jù)和途徑。銀行的“綠色化”能否提高銀行自身績(jī)效,是綠色信貸政策能否得到有效落實(shí)的關(guān)鍵。 本文首先分析發(fā)展綠色信貸的動(dòng)力。通過(guò)建立銀行與政府的博弈模型,解析綠色信貸政策的出臺(tái)背景;并對(duì)銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸的損益進(jìn)行分析,建立銀行與企業(yè)的博弈模型,剖析商業(yè)銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸的決策機(jī)理。分析指出,作為經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)核心組成的金融機(jī)構(gòu)的信貸決策對(duì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)尤為重要;商業(yè)銀行是綠色信貸的主體,作為局中人能否采取促成綠色信貸政策實(shí)施的決策,取決于高耗能、高污染企業(yè)與節(jié)能環(huán)保型企業(yè)這兩類(lèi)銀行貸款企業(yè)的客戶價(jià)值。 然后具體分析銀行貸款企業(yè)的客戶價(jià)值,,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸這一經(jīng)營(yíng)決策如何生成綠色聲譽(yù),及綠色聲譽(yù)的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造作用。結(jié)果顯示,“兩高”企業(yè)比節(jié)能環(huán)保型企業(yè)具有更高的客戶當(dāng)前價(jià)值。銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸能否增加銀行當(dāng)期績(jī)效,則取決于節(jié)能環(huán)保型企業(yè)口碑效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的潛在客戶價(jià)值,即銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸產(chǎn)生的綠色聲譽(yù)對(duì)銀行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效的作用。 最后,本文基于社會(huì)影響假說(shuō)、良好管理理論和利益相關(guān)者契約成本理論,提出研究假說(shuō)。假設(shè)銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸,將提升銀行綠色聲譽(yù),改善與利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而增加其財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效。本文基于2007-2010年我國(guó)27家商業(yè)銀行樣本數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸生成的綠色聲譽(yù)與銀行績(jī)效間的關(guān)系。實(shí)證研究表明銀行綠色聲譽(yù)與銀行績(jī)效正相關(guān)。因而銀行實(shí)施綠色信貸不僅僅只是響應(yīng)了政府政策,在履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的同時(shí),也因其生成的綠色聲譽(yù)提高了銀行自身的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效。故銀行的理性決策是積極實(shí)施綠色信貸。 本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)是:實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了實(shí)施綠色信貸生成的綠色聲譽(yù)與銀行績(jī)效的相關(guān)性;強(qiáng)調(diào)了媒體報(bào)道對(duì)銀行綠色聲譽(yù)生成的重要性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of advocating green economy and social sustainable development, green revolution spreads rapidly in the world. Green credit as the theme of banking reform and innovation has become a trend of development. The implementation of green credit policy not only confirms the positive guiding role of commercial banks in environmental protection and resource allocation, but also provides a basis and approach for the sustainable development of banks. Whether the bank can improve its own performance is the key to the effective implementation of green credit policy. This paper first analyzes the development of green credit power. Through establishing the game model between the bank and the government, analyzing the background of the green credit policy, and analyzing the profit and loss of the bank implementing the green credit, the game model between the bank and the enterprise is established. This paper analyzes the decision-making mechanism of green credit in commercial banks. It is pointed out that the credit decision-making of financial institutions, which are the core components of economic system, is particularly important to the realization of the goal of social sustainable development, and that commercial banks are the main body of green credit. Whether people in the bureau can take the decision to promote the implementation of green credit policy depends on the customer value of the two types of bank loan enterprises, such as high energy consumption, high pollution enterprises and energy saving and environmental protection enterprises. Then, the customer value of bank loan enterprises is analyzed in detail, and on this basis, how to create green reputation and the value creation function of green reputation are analyzed. The results show that the two-high enterprises have higher customer current value than energy-saving and environmental-friendly enterprises. The effect of green credit on bank financial performance depends on the potential customer value generated by the word-of-mouth effect of energy-saving and environment-friendly enterprises, that is, the effect of green reputation on bank financial performance. Finally, based on the social impact hypothesis, good management theory and stakeholder contract cost theory, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis. If banks implement green credit, they will enhance their green reputation, improve their relationship with stakeholders, and then increase their financial performance. Based on the sample data of 27 commercial banks in China from 2007 to 2010, this paper empirically tests the relationship between green reputation and bank performance. Empirical research shows that bank green reputation is positively correlated with bank performance. Therefore, the implementation of green credit not only responds to the government policy, but also improves the bank's financial performance because of its green reputation. Therefore, the rational decision of banks is to actively implement green credit. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: the paper empirically tests the correlation between green reputation and bank performance and emphasizes the importance of media reports on the green reputation generation of banks.
