C商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中起著非常重要的作用,其良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行提供了強(qiáng)大的保障。有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)正是商業(yè)銀行用以反映和評(píng)價(jià)其經(jīng)營(yíng)管理成果的有力工具,因此,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)于提升商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有很重要的意義。本文采用層次分析法、案例分析法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,以C商業(yè)銀行為研究對(duì)象,在有效分解銀行戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用平衡計(jì)分卡建立績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將財(cái)務(wù)分析方法和非財(cái)務(wù)分析方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)一套完善的、科學(xué)的、切實(shí)可行的適合C商業(yè)銀行的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系。本文共有七部分:第一部分為緒論,主要是對(duì)研究背景和意義進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,并介紹了研究?jī)?nèi)容、方法與思路;第二部分闡述了利益相關(guān)者理論、內(nèi)部控制理論和戰(zhàn)略管理理論內(nèi)容,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)方法;第三部分介紹了C商業(yè)銀行的基本情況和績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其現(xiàn)行的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行診斷;第四部分是本文的重點(diǎn),根據(jù)C商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的設(shè)計(jì)理念與基本原則出發(fā),運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡方法設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并采用層次分析法科學(xué)確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,最終完成了績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系設(shè)計(jì);第五部分提出實(shí)施C商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的優(yōu)化措施;第六部分為案例分析,對(duì)C商業(yè)銀行D支行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)例進(jìn)行演示,分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并提出意見和建議;第七部分是本文的結(jié)束語,總結(jié)了本文的研究成果。通過本文研究,本文設(shè)計(jì)的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,與C商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)保持一致,同時(shí)能對(duì)該行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理成果做出真實(shí)、客觀、公正的綜合評(píng)判,提升C商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效管理水平,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行開展績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)工作具有較好的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:China's commercial banks play a very important role in the modern economic system, and their good management provides a strong guarantee for the modern social and economic operation. Effective performance evaluation is a powerful tool for commercial banks to reflect and evaluate their management results. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks. This paper adopts analytic hierarchy process method, case analysis method, questionnaire method and so on, taking C commercial bank as the research object, on the basis of effectively decomposing the bank's strategic goal, using the balanced scorecard to establish the performance evaluation index system. Combining financial analysis method with non-financial analysis method, a set of perfect, scientific and feasible performance evaluation system for C commercial bank is designed. There are seven parts in this paper: the first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the research background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on performance evaluation, and introduces the research content, methods and ideas; The second part describes the stakeholder theory, internal control theory and strategic management theory, briefly introduces the performance evaluation methods; the third part introduces the basic situation of C commercial bank and the current situation of performance evaluation. The fourth part is the focus of this paper, according to the strategic objectives of C commercial banks, starting from the design concept and basic principles of the performance evaluation system, using the balanced Scorecard method to design evaluation indicators. And using AHP to determine the index weight scientifically, finally completed the design of performance evaluation system; the fifth part proposed the implementation of C commercial bank performance evaluation optimization measures; the sixth part of the case study, The performance evaluation examples of C commercial bank D branch are demonstrated, the evaluation results are analyzed, and suggestions are put forward. The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper, and summarizes the research results of this paper. Through the research of this paper, the performance evaluation index system designed in this paper is consistent with the strategic goal of C commercial bank, and it can make a real, objective and fair comprehensive judgment on the management results of the commercial bank. Improving the performance management level of C commercial banks has good reference value for domestic commercial banks to carry out performance evaluation.
