【摘要】：文章對(duì)1997年亞洲金融危機(jī)前后的韓國(guó)金融改革作了總體上的回顧。20世紀(jì)60年代,韓國(guó)以官制金融為特征的金融制度極大地推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。80年代,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,進(jìn)行了放松金融管制、利率自由化、開(kāi)放金融市場(chǎng)等一系列金融自由化改革。90年代,加快金融改革步伐但遭遇了金融危機(jī)。危機(jī)后,韓國(guó)采取了重組金融機(jī)構(gòu)、建立存款保險(xiǎn)制度、擴(kuò)大直接融資、開(kāi)放金融市場(chǎng)等金融重建措施,走出了危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:The article reviews the Korean financial reform before and after the Asian financial crisis in 1997. In the 1960s, Korea's financial system characterized by official finance greatly promoted the economic development in the 1980s. A series of financial liberalization reforms, such as deregulation of financial regulation, liberalization of interest rate and opening of financial markets, were carried out in the 1990s, which accelerated the pace of financial reform but encountered financial crisis. After the crisis, South Korea adopted financial reconstruction measures such as restructuring financial institutions, establishing deposit insurance system, expanding direct financing and opening up financial markets.
