【摘要】：對(duì)于喀什經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)建設(shè)來說,其金融體系的建設(shè)和引進(jìn)外資投資一方面要考慮金融危機(jī)帶來的教訓(xùn)和啟示,同時(shí)也面臨著在特殊的民族環(huán)境下,如何能夠更好地適應(yīng)其地方特色需求,服務(wù)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。在建設(shè)喀什經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)時(shí),可以采取逐步發(fā)展、漸進(jìn)過渡的發(fā)展策略,有步驟地引入伊斯蘭金融模式和國(guó)外的伊斯蘭金融資金,為這樣一個(gè)伊斯蘭文化占主流地位的經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)的建設(shè)提供資金融通服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:For the construction of the Kashgar Special Economic Zone, the construction of its financial system and the introduction of foreign investment should, on the one hand, consider the lessons and revelations brought about by the financial crisis, but also face the special national environment. How to better meet the needs of local characteristics and serve the local economic construction. In the construction of the Kashgar Special Economic Zone, the development strategy of gradual development and gradual transition can be adopted, and the Islamic financial model and foreign Islamic financial funds can be introduced step by step. Provide financial services for the construction of a special economic zone where Islamic culture is dominant.
