業(yè)務(wù)集中處理在江蘇省工商銀行的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了由工業(yè)時(shí)代向信息時(shí)代的轉(zhuǎn)型,受傳統(tǒng)理論束縛的銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念必須要有所改變。銀行與客戶(hù)關(guān)系已發(fā)展到以客戶(hù)為中心,原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程己經(jīng)不適應(yīng)新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)需要,銀行業(yè)需要改進(jìn)它過(guò)去以自己為中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程,將所有的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)都調(diào)整到以客戶(hù)的價(jià)值為核心。銀行流程再造是商業(yè)銀行面對(duì)這種日益變化的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境所做出的一種積極應(yīng)對(duì)的變革措施,其實(shí)質(zhì)是銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的一種轉(zhuǎn)換,它是銀行獲取持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的一種重要手段。銀行流程再造對(duì)于我國(guó)銀行業(yè)改革的深化和銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平的提高具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 業(yè)務(wù)集中處理是銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的趨勢(shì),它是銀行依托先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),為了更好地服務(wù)客戶(hù)、防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高效率和集約經(jīng)營(yíng)而實(shí)施的全新業(yè)務(wù)處理模式,其本質(zhì)是對(duì)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行改革,屬于銀行流程再造極其重要的環(huán)節(jié)。 本文主要研究業(yè)務(wù)集中處理在中國(guó)工商銀行江蘇省分行的應(yīng)用,在集中運(yùn)營(yíng)模式下,通過(guò)省分行業(yè)務(wù)集中處理中心這個(gè)大后臺(tái)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),可以達(dá)到有效地降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、管控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量的目的。 首先,從分析當(dāng)前江蘇省工行的業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀和弊端入手,闡述了江蘇省工行實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)集中處理的必要性。從形成規(guī)模效益、借助系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和參考城市行業(yè)務(wù)處理中心的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方面進(jìn)行分析,并借鑒業(yè)務(wù)集中處理在國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行成功實(shí)施的經(jīng)驗(yàn),論證了江蘇省工行實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)集中處理可行性。 其次,對(duì)江蘇省工行如何實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)集中處理進(jìn)行了探索。規(guī)劃構(gòu)建了業(yè)務(wù)集中處理體系的架構(gòu),并對(duì)中心的運(yùn)營(yíng)及管理方面提出了具體的實(shí)施方案。 再次,對(duì)實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)集中處理以后可以產(chǎn)生的效益進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)仍然存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)出解決這些問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,指出了下一步工作的重點(diǎn)所在。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處:現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的研究有很多,然而這些研究多集中于理論研究,沒(méi)有結(jié)合實(shí)際狀況。本文從江蘇省工行當(dāng)前的業(yè)務(wù)流程狀況出發(fā),結(jié)合自身所積累的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)江蘇省工行構(gòu)建省分行層面的業(yè)務(wù)集中處理中心,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的討論和分析,勾勒出業(yè)務(wù)集中處理中心的總體架構(gòu),并對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)集中處理體系的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理進(jìn)行了一定程度的探討。希望能對(duì)工商銀行全面建立集中、安全、高效的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,持續(xù)提高效率、優(yōu)化資源配置、提升服務(wù)能力起到一定的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The modern society has realized the transition from the industrial age to the information age. The relationship between banks and customers has developed to be customer-centric, and the original business processes have been unable to meet the new competitive needs. The banking industry needs to improve its business processes which used to be self-centered. Reorient all products and services to the core of customer value. Bank process reengineering is an active measure to deal with the changing business environment. Its essence is a kind of transformation of bank management mode, and it is an important means for banks to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Bank process reengineering is of great practical significance to the deepening of banking reform and the improvement of bank management. Business centralized processing is the trend of bank business process reengineering. It is a new business processing mode implemented by banks relying on advanced computer technology, in order to better serve customers, guard against risks, improve efficiency and intensive management. Its essence is to carry on the reform to the bank business process, belongs to the bank process reengineering extremely important link. This paper mainly studies the application of centralized business processing in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Jiangsu Branch. Under the centralized operation mode, through the standardization operation of the provincial branch business centralized processing center, we can effectively reduce the operating cost. Manage risks and improve service quality. First of all, the necessity of implementing centralized operation of ICBC in Jiangsu Province is expounded by analyzing the present situation and malpractice of ICBC's business process in Jiangsu Province. From the aspects of forming economies of scale, making use of the system advantages and referring to the experience of the construction of the city bank business processing center, and drawing lessons from the experience of the successful implementation of the centralized business processing in the domestic and foreign banks, The feasibility of implementing centralized operation of ICBC in Jiangsu Province is demonstrated. Secondly, it explores how ICBC to implement centralized business processing. The architecture of the centralized business processing system is constructed, and the concrete implementation scheme is put forward for the operation and management of the center. Thirdly, the paper expounds the benefits that can be produced after the implementation of centralized operation, analyzes the problems that still exist, sums up the countermeasures to solve these problems, and points out the key points of the next work. The innovation of this paper: there are a lot of researches on business process reengineering of commercial banks. However, these researches are mostly focused on the theoretical research and do not combine with the actual situation. Starting from the current business process situation of ICBC in Jiangsu Province and combining its accumulated work experience, this paper discusses and analyzes in detail the construction of a centralized business processing center at the provincial branch level and the optimization of business processes by ICBC in Jiangsu Province. This paper outlines the overall structure of the business centralized processing center, and discusses the operation and management of the business centralized processing system to a certain extent. It is hoped that ICBC can establish centralized, safe and efficient operation mechanism, continuously improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service capacity to a certain extent.
