哈爾濱銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:哈爾濱銀行成立于1997年2月,是一家新型的全國(guó)性股份制商業(yè)銀行,總部位于中國(guó)哈爾濱市。銀行成立以來(lái),通過(guò)不斷強(qiáng)化內(nèi)控機(jī)制、實(shí)施金融產(chǎn)品和管理創(chuàng)新、增加有效投放等措施,企業(yè)規(guī)模不斷發(fā)展壯大,資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量不斷提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不斷增加,社會(huì)形象不斷提升。目前,哈爾濱銀行是哈爾濱市金融體系的重要組成部分,并在天津、大連、成都等其他城市設(shè)立多家分行。但隨著外部環(huán)境的不斷變化,銀行業(yè)的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,哈爾濱銀行需要新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略迎接未來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,哈爾濱銀行急切需要有效、可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以此利用外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)以及規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并通過(guò)充分發(fā)揮自身資源優(yōu)勢(shì)獲得戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略理論,從銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),系統(tǒng)研究哈爾濱銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,使其獲得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。文中首先對(duì)銀行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),形成對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理理論和方法解決銀行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題的總體把握;其次,對(duì)哈爾濱銀行的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,包括外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,發(fā)現(xiàn)哈爾濱銀行外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;第三,對(duì)哈爾濱銀行的內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,主要分析資源和能力,并總結(jié)哈爾濱銀行的現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足;第四,運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,制定了公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;最后,從調(diào)整組織機(jī)構(gòu)、資本引入、建設(shè)先進(jìn)的科技管理體系、建立嚴(yán)密的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系等層面提出了哈爾濱銀行的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Harbin Bank, founded in February 1997, is a new type of national joint-stock commercial bank, headquartered in Harbin, China. Since its establishment, the bank has continuously strengthened the internal control mechanism, implemented financial products and management innovations, increased effective investment, and so on. As a result, the scale of enterprises has continued to grow, the quality of assets has been continuously improved, and economic benefits have been continuously increased. The social image is constantly improving. At present, Harbin Bank is an important part of Harbin financial system, and has established many branches in Tianjin, Dalian, Chengdu and other cities. However, with the continuous changes of the external environment and the international and domestic competition of the banking industry, Harbin Bank needs a new development strategy to meet the opportunities and challenges in the future. Therefore, Harbin Bank urgently needs an effective and feasible development strategy to take advantage of the opportunities of the external environment and to avoid risks, and to gain strategic competitiveness by giving full play to its own advantages of resources. Based on the theory of modern strategy and the present situation of the banking industry, this paper systematically studies the development strategy of Harbin Bank in order to obtain the competitive advantage in the market. Firstly, the paper summarizes the present situation of the research on the development strategy of banking enterprises, and forms a general grasp of the application of modern strategic management theories and methods to solve the problems of banking development strategy at home and abroad. To analyze the external environment of Harbin Bank, including the external macro environment, industry environment and competition environment, to find the opportunities and threats of the external environment of Harbin Bank; third, to analyze the internal operating environment of Harbin Bank. It mainly analyzes the resources and capabilities, and summarizes the existing advantages and disadvantages of Harbin Bank. Fourthly, it uses the SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategic objectives and future development strategies of the company. Finally, it introduces the capital from the adjustment of the organization and the capital. The paper puts forward the strategic implementation countermeasures of Harbin Bank at the level of constructing advanced science and technology management system and establishing strict risk management system.
