我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率研究

【摘要】:城市商業(yè)銀行是我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的重要組成部分,其前身是20世紀(jì)80年代設(shè)立的城市信用社,經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的發(fā)展,城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)具有相當(dāng)規(guī)模的銀行階層。特別是2009年4月,銀監(jiān)會(huì)放寬了城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)的有關(guān)限制以后,我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)程更是不斷加快。本文選取了我國(guó)20家城市商業(yè)銀行作為研究對(duì)象,探究其2008年—2010年的跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率。文章首先回顧了城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)銀行效率進(jìn)行界定,將其跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)類(lèi)別分成省內(nèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)圈內(nèi)、全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)三種,并探究其跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的動(dòng)力因素。然后采用聚類(lèi)分析法將我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行分成大型、中型、小型三種類(lèi)別,進(jìn)而采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(DEA)測(cè)度其規(guī)模效率、純技術(shù)效率和總技術(shù)效率。接著,分析了影響我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的外部環(huán)境和自身?xiàng)l件因素,并對(duì)銀行規(guī)模、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力、創(chuàng)新能力三大自身?xiàng)l件進(jìn)行Tobit實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)合我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,提出提高我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的對(duì)策建議。 本文得到如下結(jié)論:1.我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行的規(guī)模效率總體呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步上升的趨勢(shì),跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)一定程度上提高了效率;純技術(shù)效率總體上呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的倒“V”趨勢(shì),這是由小型城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的同時(shí),內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力沒(méi)有及時(shí)跟上,導(dǎo)致其純技術(shù)效率的呈現(xiàn)明顯的倒“V”趨勢(shì)決定的;受規(guī)模效率和純技術(shù)效率的共同影響,總技術(shù)效率總體呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的倒“V”趨勢(shì),其中,大中型城市商業(yè)銀行的總技術(shù)效率穩(wěn)步上升,小型城市商業(yè)銀行呈現(xiàn)明顯的倒“V”趨勢(shì)。2.銀行規(guī)模對(duì)跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率影響不顯著,城市商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)理性對(duì)待跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng);盈利性與跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,城市商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)收入來(lái)源,提高盈利能力;安全性與跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,這是一種短期效率,長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,城市商業(yè)銀應(yīng)堅(jiān)持安全經(jīng)營(yíng),提高資本充足率,降低不良貸款率;流動(dòng)性與跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,城市商業(yè)銀行在提高盈利的同時(shí),,應(yīng)保持適度的流動(dòng)性;創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率影響不顯著,這是由于目前我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)普遍涉及較少,提高城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)效率,必須不斷提高創(chuàng)新能力,增加中間業(yè)務(wù)收入。
[Abstract]:City commercial bank is an important part of the banking industry in our country. Its predecessor was the city credit cooperative set up in the 1980s. After more than ten years' development, the city commercial bank has developed into a fairly large bank stratum. Especially in April 2009, the CBRC relaxed the restrictions on the establishment of cross-regional branches of urban commercial banks, and the process of cross-regional management of urban commercial banks in China was accelerated. This paper selects 20 city commercial banks in China as the research object to explore their cross-regional operation efficiency from 2008 to 2010. This paper first reviews the development process of city commercial banks across regions, defines the efficiency of banks, and divides them into three types: provincial, economic and national, and probes into the dynamic factors of their cross-regional operation. Then the city commercial banks of our country are divided into three categories by cluster analysis, which are large, medium and small, and then the data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to measure their scale efficiency, pure technical efficiency and total technical efficiency. Then, the paper analyzes the external environment and its own condition factors that affect the cross-regional management efficiency of urban commercial banks in China, and carries out Tobit empirical test on the bank scale, management ability and innovation ability. Finally, according to the empirical test results, combined with the actual situation of the development of urban commercial banks in China, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cross-regional management efficiency of urban commercial banks in China. In this paper, we get the following conclusion: 1. The scale efficiency of urban commercial banks in our country is increasing steadily, and the efficiency of cross-regional operation has been improved to a certain extent, while the pure technical efficiency has shown the trend of "V" which rises first and then decreases. This is determined by the inter-regional operation of small urban commercial banks, while the internal management capacity fails to catch up in a timely manner, resulting in a marked "V" trend of pure technical efficiency, which is influenced by both scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency. The overall technical efficiency of large and medium-sized city commercial banks increased steadily, and that of small city commercial banks showed an obvious trend of inverted "V". The scale of banks has no significant effect on the efficiency of cross-regional operation, urban commercial banks should treat cross-regional operation rationally, profitability has a significant positive correlation with cross-regional operational efficiency, and urban commercial banks should constantly open up revenue sources. There is a negative correlation between security and cross-regional management efficiency, which is a short-term efficiency. In the long run, urban commercial banks should insist on safe management, increase capital adequacy ratio and reduce non-performing loan ratio. There is a significant positive correlation between liquidity and cross-regional operational efficiency, urban commercial banks should maintain appropriate liquidity while increasing their profits, and innovation ability has no significant impact on cross-regional operational efficiency. This is due to the fact that the city commercial banks of our country generally involve little intermediate business at present. To improve the efficiency of cross-regional operation of city commercial banks, we must constantly improve the innovation ability and increase the income of intermediate business.
