【摘要】：研究了遼寧省1996年1月至2002年7月上市的40只A股IPO后3年的業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn),分析了影響其業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)的主要因素.運(yùn)用Fama-French三因素模型實(shí)證計(jì)算IPO后3年的長(zhǎng)期超額收益,并考察其長(zhǎng)期業(yè)績(jī)情況.運(yùn)用多獨(dú)立樣本Kruskal-Wallis檢驗(yàn)、兩獨(dú)立樣本曼-惠特尼U檢驗(yàn)和多元變量回歸分析方法找出影響長(zhǎng)期業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)的主要因素,得出以下結(jié)論:遼寧省A股上市公司IPO后長(zhǎng)期業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)弱勢(shì),業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)與上市時(shí)間、發(fā)行量和發(fā)行價(jià)格呈負(fù)相關(guān).
[Abstract]:The performance of 40 A-share IPOs listed in Liaoning Province from January 1996 to July 2002 was studied and the main factors affecting the performance were analyzed. In this paper, we use Fama-French three-factor model to calculate the long-term excess return after IPO and investigate its long-term performance. Using multiple independent samples Kruskal-Wallis test, two independent samples Man-Whitney U test and multivariate regression analysis to find out the main factors that affect long-term performance. The following conclusions are drawn: the long-term performance of Liaoning A-share listed companies is weak after IPO, and the performance is negatively correlated with the time of listing, the amount of circulation and the price of issuance.
