G商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、一體化的不斷推進(jìn),以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)質(zhì)上是供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。供應(yīng)鏈上不同節(jié)點(diǎn)的企業(yè)都有迫切的融資需求,但這些企業(yè)大多都是中小企業(yè),受制于自身的信用評(píng)級(jí)的限制,商業(yè)銀行也出于控制自身業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的考慮,,很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)不愿為中小企業(yè)提供融資服務(wù)。中小企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的貢獻(xiàn)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展以及實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)充分就業(yè)方面都發(fā)揮了不可磨滅的作用,困擾其發(fā)展的融資難問(wèn)題仍舊長(zhǎng)期存在。在這種環(huán)境下,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行順勢(shì)推進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)。它從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈角度將中小企業(yè)的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)同鏈條上的核心企業(yè)相對(duì)接,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)整條供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)聯(lián)度、穩(wěn)定性以及貿(mào)易的真實(shí)性。一方面優(yōu)化銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、改善銀行盈利模式、提升銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,另一方面順暢企業(yè)資金流、增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 文章從我國(guó)從商業(yè)銀行的角度,引入供應(yīng)鏈金融的概念以及業(yè)務(wù)模式在解決中小企業(yè)信貸問(wèn)題上的優(yōu)勢(shì)。文章系統(tǒng)分析了供應(yīng)鏈金融的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)以及有機(jī)構(gòu)成,重點(diǎn)闡述了G商業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和三種主要業(yè)務(wù)模式以及運(yùn)作流程,給讀者呈現(xiàn)出一個(gè)較為清晰的框架;然后,文章重點(diǎn)探討目前G商業(yè)銀行存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)模式和廠商銀業(yè)務(wù)模式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)價(jià)值VaR建立質(zhì)押率和質(zhì)押價(jià)值模型控制存貨質(zhì)押風(fēng)險(xiǎn);接著,又探討了G商業(yè)銀行在倉(cāng)單質(zhì)押的基礎(chǔ)上的預(yù)付類(lèi)的廠商銀創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù),開(kāi)展的廠商銀業(yè)務(wù)模式中可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),建立相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后文章引入了G商業(yè)銀行的客戶(hù)H紙業(yè)公司的案例研究,運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)價(jià)值模型計(jì)算H紙業(yè)公司在傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)押模式下的質(zhì)押率和質(zhì)押價(jià)值,再運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)整體供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)H紙業(yè)公司在廠商銀業(yè)務(wù)模式下進(jìn)行整體的信用等級(jí)評(píng)估,證明了預(yù)付類(lèi)廠商銀業(yè)務(wù)模式相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)存貨質(zhì)押模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, integration and the aggravation of market competition, the competition among modern enterprises is essentially the competition between supply chains. Enterprises at different nodes in the supply chain have urgent financing needs, but most of these enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises, which are restricted by their own credit rating. Commercial banks are also considered to control their own business risks. Not willing to provide financing services for SMEs for a long time. The contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to GDP, the promotion of rapid economic development and the realization of full employment have played an indelible role. In this environment, China's commercial banks promote supply chain financial services. From the point of view of industrial chain, it connects the credit risk of small and medium-sized enterprises with the core enterprises in the chain, and emphasizes the correlation degree, stability and authenticity of trade in the whole supply chain. On the one hand, optimize the banking business structure, improve the bank profit model, enhance the competitiveness of the bank, on the other hand, smooth the enterprise capital flow, enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. From the point of view of commercial banks, this paper introduces the concept of supply chain finance and the advantages of business model in solving the credit problem of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper systematically analyzes the connotation, characteristics and organic composition of supply chain finance, and focuses on the development status, three main business models and operation process of G commercial bank supply chain finance business. This paper presents a clear framework for readers. Then, the paper focuses on the risk assessment of the current G commercial bank inventory pledge business model and the manufacturer's silver business model. Using VaR to establish the model of pledge rate and pledge value to control the risk of inventory pledge, and then, the paper discusses the bank innovation business of G commercial bank on the basis of warehouse receipt pledge. Finally, the paper introduces the case study of G Commercial Bank customer H Paper Company. Using the risk value model to calculate the pledge rate and the pledge value of H Paper Company under the traditional pledge mode, and then using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of the whole supply chain. The paper evaluates the credit rating of H Paper Company under the bank business model, and proves that the prepaid bank business model is superior to the traditional inventory pledge mode.
