【摘要】：始于美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)的全球金融危機(jī)對(duì)中國(guó)的工業(yè)品出口進(jìn)而對(duì)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)造成了沖擊。提出了分析全球金融危機(jī)影響中國(guó)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論框架,然后分行業(yè)分省市對(duì)這種影響作了實(shí)證分析。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),各行業(yè)和各省市受金融危機(jī)的影響程度是不同的。有些行業(yè)如機(jī)械設(shè)備制造業(yè)受到很大的沖擊,而有些行業(yè)如采掘業(yè)的出口增長(zhǎng)率及產(chǎn)值增長(zhǎng)率反而沒有下降。對(duì)于省市而言,依賴外需越嚴(yán)重,受到的影響越大。據(jù)此,政府在出臺(tái)出口退稅政策和刺激計(jì)劃時(shí),對(duì)于不同行業(yè)和省市應(yīng)該區(qū)別對(duì)待。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis, which began with the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, has had an impact on China's industrial exports and industrial economy. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework to analyze the impact of the global financial crisis on China's industrial economy, and then makes an empirical analysis of the impact of the global financial crisis on China's industrial economy. It is found that different industries and provinces are affected by the financial crisis. Some industries, such as machinery and equipment manufacturing, have been hard hit, while others, such as the export growth rate and output growth rate of extractive industries, have not decreased. For provinces and cities, the greater the dependence on external demand, the greater the impact. Therefore, the government should treat different industries and provinces differently when issuing export tax rebate policy and stimulus plan.
