臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)自由化和放松金融管制的背景下,西方商業(yè)銀行逐漸將業(yè)務(wù)重心放在發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)上。經(jīng)過二十多年的努力,西方商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,涉及范圍廣泛,收入增長(zhǎng)迅速。反觀我國商業(yè)銀行,傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式依舊占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,中間業(yè)務(wù)不僅規(guī)模小,品種少,而且技術(shù)含量低,收入占比不高。隨著金融體制改革的深入和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展對(duì)金融需求的推動(dòng),我國商業(yè)銀行也逐步認(rèn)識(shí)到中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重要性,并積極利用現(xiàn)有資金、技術(shù)、人才、信息等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展各類中間業(yè)務(wù),使我國商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)有了明顯的進(jìn)步,但與發(fā)達(dá)國家商業(yè)銀行相比,臨商銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)還存在較大的差距。本文依據(jù)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)SWOT分析法對(duì)臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,在梳理國外先進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)開展的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,針對(duì)性的提出了臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)施對(duì)策。通過研究得到以下結(jié)論。第一,目前臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新取得了一定成效,品種日漸豐富、收入不斷增加、貢獻(xiàn)度日益提高、網(wǎng)上中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好。但是,仍然存在中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品種類單一且結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、不能很好地滿足客戶需求、管理機(jī)制落后、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平有待提高、缺乏先進(jìn)技術(shù)與人才儲(chǔ)備等問題。第二,通過對(duì)臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展環(huán)境的SWOT分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其優(yōu)勢(shì)在于業(yè)務(wù)品種日漸豐富、收入不斷增加、貢獻(xiàn)度日益提高等;劣勢(shì)包括產(chǎn)品種類單一且結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、客戶需求滿足度不高、管理機(jī)制落后、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平有待提高等;機(jī)會(huì)在于臨沂市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)較好,中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ?與政府建立了良好關(guān)系等:威脅在于中間業(yè)務(wù)品牌不突出,網(wǎng)點(diǎn)覆蓋率較低,缺乏高素質(zhì)人才等。第三,西方發(fā)達(dá)國家商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐取得良好效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)了中間業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)混業(yè)化、創(chuàng)新品種繁多、營(yíng)銷策略多樣化、服務(wù)手段先進(jìn)等,這與其電子技術(shù)在發(fā)展及其廣泛應(yīng)用、政策松動(dòng)掃清了相關(guān)障礙、融資方式的進(jìn)一步提升等直接相關(guān)。我國應(yīng)積極借鑒,實(shí)行混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng),開發(fā)信息技術(shù),培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才等。第四,通過對(duì)臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新影響因素的回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入、中間業(yè)務(wù)品種數(shù)、貢獻(xiàn)度、組織管理體系對(duì)臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新有顯著影響,而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體制沒有顯著影響。因此,應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)提高地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入、品種數(shù)、貢獻(xiàn)度、組織管理體系等。最后,本文提出了臨商銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)施對(duì)策,包括大力發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)貒窠?jīng)濟(jì),提高城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入,積極創(chuàng)新、搶先發(fā)展新業(yè)務(wù),完善中間業(yè)務(wù)的組織管理體系等。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic liberalization and financial deregulation, Western commercial banks gradually focus on the development of intermediary business. After more than 20 years' efforts, the scale of intermediary business of western commercial banks is expanding, involving a wide range, and the income is growing rapidly. On the other hand, the traditional management mode still occupies the dominant position in our country's commercial banks. The intermediate business is not only small in scale, few in variety, but also low in technology content and low in income. With the deepening of the reform of the financial system and the development of social economy, the commercial banks of our country have gradually realized the importance of the development of intermediate business, and have actively utilized the existing funds, technologies and talents. The advantages of information, such as developing all kinds of intermediate business, make the intermediary business of commercial banks in our country have made obvious progress, but compared with the commercial banks of developed countries, there is still a big gap between the intermediary business of the commercial banks in China and that of the commercial banks in the developed countries. Based on the theory of intermediate business innovation of commercial banks and SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the development environment of intermediary business in Linshang Bank, and combs the innovation experience of intermediate business in foreign advanced commercial banks. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the intermediary business of Linshang Bank, and puts forward some countermeasures to implement the innovation of the intermediate business of Linshang Bank. The following conclusions are obtained through research. First, at present, Linshang Bank has achieved certain results in the innovation of intermediary business. The variety is increasingly rich, the income is increasing, the contribution degree is increasing, and the online intermediary business is developing well. However, there are still some problems such as single type of intermediate business products and unreasonable structure, which can not meet the needs of customers well, the management mechanism is backward, the level of risk management needs to be improved, and lack of advanced technology and talent reserve. Secondly, through SWOT analysis of the innovation and development environment of intermediate business in Linshang Bank, it is found that its advantages lie in the growing variety of business, increasing revenue and increasing contribution, etc. The disadvantages include single product category and unreasonable structure. Customer demand is not high, management mechanism is backward, risk management level needs to be improved, the opportunity lies in the better economic development situation of Linyi City, the development potential of small and medium-sized enterprises, Established good relationship with the government: the threat lies in the intermediate business brand is not prominent, network coverage is low, lack of high quality personnel and so on. Third, commercial banks in western developed countries have achieved good results in the practice of intermediary business innovation. They have realized the mixed operation of intermediary business, a wide variety of innovations, diversified marketing strategies, advanced service means, and so on. This is directly related to the development and wide application of electronic technology, the loosening of policies, the further improvement of financing methods and so on. Our country should actively use for reference, carry out mixed operation, develop information technology, train professionals and so on. Fourth, through the regression analysis of the influencing factors of intermediate business innovation in Linshang Bank, we find that the regional GDP, the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents, the number of types of intermediate business, the contribution degree, The organizational management system has a significant impact on intermediate business innovation, while the risk control system has no significant impact. Therefore, the regional gross domestic product, the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents, the number of varieties, the contribution degree, the organization and management system should be improved. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to implement the intermediate business innovation of Linshang Bank, including vigorously developing the local national economy, increasing the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents, actively innovating, and developing new business first. Improve the intermediary business management system and so on.
