【摘要】：本文主要研究的是海南省縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,金融資金的支持起到的作用和影響力的問題。海南省縣域地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)較為單一,經(jīng)濟也較落后,產(chǎn)品市場競爭力不強。海南省縣域建設步履緩慢,財政年增長率低,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,金融資金的支持力度強弱直接影響了縣域經(jīng)濟的建設步伐,但受諸多因素的影響,縣域經(jīng)濟與金融對接中時常遇到一些困擾,難以做到有效融合。經(jīng)濟決定金融,金融反作用于經(jīng)濟,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展離不開金融的大力支持。隨著縣域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,金融支持越來越多,金融在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中所起的作用日益凸顯。在理論研究上,縣域金融及金融支持的概念、范圍有所發(fā)展和擴充,但不夠系統(tǒng)、不規(guī)范、不全面,在一些方面有一定的局限性,還沒有充分認識到金融支持對縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要性。所以,有必要對其進行深入細致的研究,運用相關理論和實際的數(shù)據(jù)指標進行系統(tǒng)性分析,將一般的經(jīng)濟增長與金融發(fā)展的理論運用起來,去說明特定區(qū)域的金融支持與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的存在著哪些關聯(lián),使之與海直省具體實踐相結(jié)合,拓寬了現(xiàn)有金融發(fā)展理論的解釋空間。 目前海南省要建設成為國際旅游島已經(jīng)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,在全黨高度重視“三農(nóng)”問題和縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時縣域金融面臨著日益萎縮的大環(huán)境下,作為一個農(nóng)業(yè)比重大而農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟不發(fā)達的省份,探索海南省縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的金融支持問題具有時代的必要性。 然而,鑒于筆者的研究水平和自身條件,本文難免存在一些不足之處,比如沒有建立起一個研究金融支持程度大小影響縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展好壞的比較標準的合理的指標體系,研究深度還不夠,這都是在今后的研究中需要不斷加強的。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the role and influence of financial funds in the development of county economy in Hainan Province, where the economic structure is relatively single and the economy is relatively backward. The competitiveness of the product market is not strong. The slow pace of county construction in Hainan Province, the low annual financial growth rate, the unreasonable industrial structure, and the strength of financial support directly affect the pace of county economic construction, but are affected by many factors. In the connection of county economy and finance, we often encounter some difficulties, and it is difficult to achieve effective integration. Economy determines finance, financial reaction affects economy, and economic development can not be separated from financial support. With the development of county economy, More and more financial support, the role of finance in economic development is becoming increasingly prominent. In theoretical research, the concept of county finance and financial support has developed and expanded, but not systematic, non-standard and comprehensive. There are some limitations in some aspects, and the importance of financial support to county economic development has not been fully recognized. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a thorough and meticulous study of financial support, and to use relevant theory and practical data indicators to carry out systematic analysis. The general theory of economic growth and financial development is applied to explain the relationship between financial support and economic development in a specific region, so that it can be combined with the specific practice of Haizheng Province. It widens the explanation space of the existing financial development theory. At present, the construction of Hainan Province as an international tourist island has become a national strategy. While the whole party attaches great importance to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and the development of the county economy, county finance is facing an increasingly shrinking environment. As a province with a large proportion of agriculture and underdeveloped rural economy, it is necessary to explore the financial support for the development of county economy in Hainan Province. However, in view of the author's research level and his own conditions, this paper inevitably has some shortcomings, for example, there is no reasonable index system to study the comparative standard of the financial support degree influencing the development of county economy. Research depth is not enough, this is in the future research needs to be constantly strengthened.
