【摘要】：當今中小企業(yè)以其經(jīng)營靈活、成本低等特點更能適應市場變化和消費者需求，在我國社會發(fā)展中起著重要的作用，對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展更有著重要的意義。我國目前還處在從計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟、封閉式經(jīng)濟向開放式經(jīng)濟轉變的特殊時期，建設完善的信用制度不但是發(fā)展市場經(jīng)濟的重要前提，也是進入國際市場的必要通行證。企業(yè)信用作為企業(yè)最重要的無形資產(chǎn)之一，是企業(yè)發(fā)展的靈魂，對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營起著重要的作用。由于我國改革開放時間不長，，資本市場起步也較晚，在當今經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的進程中，我國中小企業(yè)在信用方面卻出現(xiàn)了很大的問題，金融詐騙、合同違約、制造假冒偽劣商品、拖欠債務等大量失信、違信現(xiàn)象，已經(jīng)嚴重影響了我國經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展，如何有效應對失信問題已經(jīng)成為人們關注的熱點。因此，關注中小企業(yè)信用狀況，加快中小企業(yè)信用體系建設，加強企業(yè)信用管理已經(jīng)成為當前當務之急。 中小企業(yè)信用缺失有其自身規(guī)模小、實力弱等一些原因，然而缺乏相關有效的制度約束卻是它的根源所在。企業(yè)信用管理問題已經(jīng)影響中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展，建立與完善信用管理機制成為解決中小企業(yè)發(fā)展困難有效途徑之一。因此，對中小企業(yè)信用問題開展積極研究，從而在根本上對中小企業(yè)行為進行約束，提升其信用管理水平與信用風險的防范，增強競爭力，促進中小企業(yè)信用體系建設，維護市場經(jīng)濟秩序等都具有重要意義。本文從企業(yè)信用缺失及危害性進行分析，并從在信用缺失的基礎上對中小企業(yè)信用建設與管理、企業(yè)風險控制進行探討，并提出一些相關對策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, small and medium-sized enterprises, with their characteristics of flexible management and low cost, are more able to adapt to market changes and consumer needs, and play an important role in the social development of our country. China is still in a special period of transition from planned economy to market economy and closed economy to open economy. Building a sound credit system is not only an important prerequisite for the development of market economy. Enterprise credit, as one of the most important intangible assets of an enterprise, is the soul of enterprise development and plays an important role in the management of an enterprise. The capital market also started relatively late. In the process of rapid economic development today, China's small and medium-sized enterprises have a lot of credit problems, such as financial fraud, breach of contract, making fake and inferior commodities, defaulting on debts, and so on. The phenomenon of dishonesty has seriously affected the healthy development of our country's economy. How to effectively deal with the problem of discredit has become a hot issue that people have paid close attention to. Therefore, we should pay close attention to the credit status of SMEs and speed up the construction of credit system of SMEs. Strengthening enterprise credit management has become an urgent task. Small and medium-sized enterprises lack of credit has its own small scale, weak strength and other reasons, but the lack of relevant and effective institutional constraints is its root. Enterprise credit management problems have affected the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Establishing and perfecting the credit management mechanism has become one of the effective ways to solve the difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the level of credit management and the prevention of credit risk, to enhance competitiveness, to promote the construction of credit system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to maintain the order of market economy. On the basis of the lack of credit, this paper probes into the credit construction and management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the risk control of enterprises, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
