【摘要】：正在民國(guó)時(shí)期設(shè)立的眾多中外合資銀行中,以中法實(shí)業(yè)、中華匯業(yè)和中華懋業(yè)三家銀行的規(guī)模最大,地位最重要,其發(fā)展歷程也頗具代表性,從中可以折射出中外合資銀行產(chǎn)生及運(yùn)作的一般特點(diǎn)與規(guī)律。中法實(shí)業(yè)銀行錢(qián)幣1912年春,成立不久的北京政府以"善后改革"為由,向六國(guó)銀行團(tuán)舉借長(zhǎng)
[Abstract]:Among the many Sino-foreign joint venture banks established in the period of the Republic of China, the three banks are the largest and the most important, and their development process is also representative. This can reflect the general characteristics and rules of the emergence and operation of Sino-foreign joint venture banks. In the spring of 1912, the Beijing government, soon established in the spring of 1912, borrowed money from the six countries' banks.
