【摘要】：隨著我國人民幣匯率變動(dòng),對(duì)我國出口企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力產(chǎn)生了深刻影響。長(zhǎng)期以來我國出口企業(yè)依靠廉價(jià)勞動(dòng)力和低成本優(yōu)勢(shì),在國際市場(chǎng)上占據(jù)了優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,但是隨著人民幣升值進(jìn)程加快,我國出口企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)。傳統(tǒng)的勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品難以適應(yīng)新的形勢(shì),謀求轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)是我國出口企業(yè)未來發(fā)展之路。從理論上來看,馬歇爾勒拿條件是影響人民幣匯率變動(dòng)與企業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。從實(shí)踐上來看,人民幣匯率變動(dòng)與企業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究需要涉及到很多要素。在文章第一部分,通過介紹選題背景、研究意義和研究方法,為本文研究指明了思路。在文獻(xiàn)綜述部分,本文重點(diǎn)分析了人民幣匯率決定理論和人民幣匯率決定因素、匯率變動(dòng)對(duì)進(jìn)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響。同時(shí)本文分析了人民幣匯率變動(dòng)與中國出口企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系,指出了人民幣今后的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)和升值主要原因,對(duì)我國出口企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了剖析,指出了人民幣升值與我國出口企業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的影響,并以山東省出口企業(yè)為例,分析了我國出口企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展思路。為了應(yīng)對(duì)人民幣升值所帶來的不利影響,因此我國政府和我國出口企業(yè)均應(yīng)該適時(shí)調(diào)整自身政策,及時(shí)調(diào)整經(jīng)營策略,提高應(yīng)對(duì)人民幣升值能力。因此研究人民幣匯率變動(dòng)與企業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之間的關(guān)系意義重大。 本文結(jié)構(gòu)如下：第一章為引言。第二章為文獻(xiàn)綜述。主要圍繞匯率決定理論、人民幣匯率的決定因素、匯率變動(dòng)對(duì)進(jìn)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響等。學(xué)者的許多研究成果為本文研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章討論人民幣匯率波動(dòng)與中國出口企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。闡述了人民幣匯率制度改革的背景和人民幣匯率變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)對(duì)人民幣升值原因進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)我國出口企業(yè)整體現(xiàn)狀和問題的分析重點(diǎn)在于探討人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)的影響。第四章是研究結(jié)論和出口企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)人民幣升值,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的策略建議。分別從國際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政府政策和企業(yè)管理與市場(chǎng)開拓等不同的角度,提出了在人民幣匯率呈升值狀態(tài)下所應(yīng)采取的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:With the change of RMB exchange rate in our country, it has a profound influence on the competitiveness of our export enterprises. For a long time, our export enterprises have occupied an advantage position in the international market by relying on cheap labor and low cost advantages. However, with the acceleration of RMB appreciation, Chinese export enterprises are facing a severe situation. Traditional labor-intensive products are difficult to adapt to the new situation. Seeking for transformation and upgrading is the way for our export enterprises to develop in the future. Marshall Lerner condition is the key factor to influence RMB exchange rate change and enterprise export competitiveness. In practice, the research on RMB exchange rate change and enterprise export competitiveness needs to involve a lot of factors. By introducing the background, significance and research methods of the topic, this paper points out the ideas for this study. In the literature review part, this paper focuses on the theory of RMB exchange rate determination and the determinant factors of RMB exchange rate. At the same time, this paper analyzes the relationship between RMB exchange rate change and Chinese export enterprises, and points out the main reasons of RMB's future change and appreciation. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Chinese export enterprises, points out the impact of RMB appreciation on the export enterprises of our country, and takes the export enterprises of Shandong Province as an example. In order to deal with the adverse effects of RMB appreciation, the Chinese government and Chinese export enterprises should adjust their own policies and management strategies in good time. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between RMB exchange rate change and enterprises' export competitiveness. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the literature review. The influence of exchange rate changes on import and export competitiveness, etc. Many research results of scholars provide the theoretical basis for this study. Chapter 3 discusses the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate and the current situation of Chinese export enterprises. It expounds the RMB exchange rate system. The background of the reform and the change trend of RMB exchange rate have analyzed the causes of RMB appreciation. The analysis of the whole situation and problems of Chinese export enterprises lies in the discussion of the impact of RMB appreciation on export enterprises. Chapter 4th. It is the conclusion of the research and the response of export enterprises to the appreciation of the RMB. From the different angles of international economic environment, government policy, enterprise management and market development, this paper puts forward the countermeasures under the condition of RMB exchange rate appreciation.
