【摘要】：發(fā)達(dá)國家對外直接投資以壟斷優(yōu)勢論、邊際產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)張論等為理論基礎(chǔ),以控制和壟斷國外市場,獲得高額利潤為其戰(zhàn)略動因,相比之下,文章論證了中國對外直接投資不具有對抗性、掠奪性,學(xué)習(xí)、演練和提升企業(yè)國際競爭力、優(yōu)化國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的主要動因。
[Abstract]:The foreign direct investment in developed countries is based on the theory of monopoly advantage theory , marginal industry expansion theory and so on , so as to control and monopolize the country ' s foreign market and obtain the high profit as its strategic reason . In contrast , the article demonstrates that China ' s outward direct investment does not have opposite resistance , predatory ability , learning , practice and promotion of the international competitiveness of the enterprise , and the optimization of the domestic industrial structure is the main reason for the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises .
