【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行是經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高度集中的企業(yè),經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)貫穿于城市商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的世界社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融局勢(shì),以及世界金融一體化的深入發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)的商業(yè)銀行越來(lái)越多地受到國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的影響,金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,金融的動(dòng)蕩加劇了商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,商業(yè)銀行加強(qiáng)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力顯得十分重要和緊迫。 本課題通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論的研究,從素質(zhì)表現(xiàn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)評(píng)價(jià)兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)建城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力評(píng)價(jià)體系,進(jìn)而根據(jù)湛江市商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)特征,確定湛江市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)現(xiàn)湛江市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在員工滿意度低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)力度小、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理軟件應(yīng)用的有效性較低、信息化水平不高、員工素質(zhì)不高等問(wèn)題。相應(yīng)提出了樹(shù)立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理念、實(shí)施以人為本的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等對(duì)策來(lái)提高湛江市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力。 本課題力求在以下兩個(gè)方面有所創(chuàng)新,一是從我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力素質(zhì)表現(xiàn)和管理能力現(xiàn)實(shí)評(píng)價(jià)兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了一般商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；二是以湛江市商業(yè)銀行為例探討了城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:Commercial banks are highly concentrated enterprises with high operational risk . The operational risk runs through the operation process of urban commercial banks . In the face of complex and changeable world social , economic , financial situation , and the deeper development of world financial integration , domestic commercial banks are increasingly affected by the international economic environment , the competition of financial institutions is getting more and more fierce , the financial turmoil has aggravated the operational risk of commercial banks . Therefore , it is very important and urgent to strengthen the management ability of the commercial banks . Based on the research on the management risk theory of urban commercial banks in China , the paper constructs the evaluation system of risk management ability of the commercial banks from two aspects of quality performance and realistic evaluation , and then determines the index system of risk management ability in the course of the operation of commercial banks in Zhanjiang City . This paper attempts to innovate in two aspects : First , the evaluation index system of management ability of general commercial banks is constructed from two aspects : the performance of management ability of urban commercial banks ' management ability and the realistic evaluation of management ability .
