A銀行對B集團的供應鏈金融營銷策略研究

【摘要】:供應鏈融資是指商業(yè)銀行通過對特大型核心企業(yè)的責任捆綁,以適當的金融產品或者產品組合將銀行信用有效地注入產業(yè)鏈中的核心企業(yè)以及上下游配套企業(yè),針對核心企業(yè)上下游長期合作的供應商、經銷商提供融資服務的一種授信模式。供應鏈金融業(yè)務是商業(yè)銀行重要業(yè)務之一,供應鏈金融營銷也是商業(yè)銀行市場營銷的重要課題。 本文通過理論與實際案例相結合的方法,從A銀行對B鋼鐵集團下游企業(yè)金融服務方案入手,結合具體案例分析闡述了供應鏈金融的概念、特點、融資模式、營銷策略等,在其基礎上從供應鏈金融、市場營銷、A銀行面臨的市場情況等三方面對A銀行供應鏈金融營銷現狀和存在的主要問題進行分析,提出A銀行供應鏈金融營銷優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Supply chain financing is a kind of credit mode in which commercial banks effectively inject bank credit into the core enterprises in the industrial chain and upstream and downstream supporting enterprises with appropriate financial products or product combinations through the responsibility binding of super-large core enterprises, and provide financing services to suppliers and dealers who cooperate up and down the core enterprises for a long time. Supply chain financial business is one of the important businesses of commercial banks, and supply chain financial marketing is also an important topic of commercial bank marketing. Through the method of combining theory with practical cases, this paper starts with the financial service scheme of A bank to the downstream enterprises of B iron and steel group, and expounds the concept, characteristics, financing mode and marketing strategy of supply chain finance with concrete case analysis. On the basis of the method, this paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of supply chain financial marketing of A bank from three aspects: supply chain finance, marketing and market situation faced by A bank. The financial marketing optimization strategy of Bank A supply chain is put forward.
