物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在Z公司物流管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為新的名詞逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視野,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)朝信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的方向發(fā)展,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)從人到物的擴(kuò)展,由最初的計(jì)算機(jī)類產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)用到現(xiàn)在的全球各個行業(yè)都紛紛利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行管理,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)代表著下一代信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以通過利用傳感設(shè)備將物品與網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)算機(jī)結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化管理,極大的減少行業(yè)安全事故與節(jié)約企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營成本。 Z公司是中國最大的一體化能源化工公司之一,是中國最大的石油產(chǎn)品和主要石化產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商和供應(yīng)商。Z公司的業(yè)務(wù)范圍覆蓋了原料采購、化工生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸與倉儲、產(chǎn)品銷售等環(huán)節(jié),形成了一條完整而復(fù)雜的供應(yīng)鏈。其中,物流業(yè)務(wù)主要集中在化工產(chǎn)品銷售環(huán)節(jié),覆蓋了從產(chǎn)品出廠到運(yùn)輸、倉儲直至銷售到客戶的全流程;ぎa(chǎn)品物流具有復(fù)雜性、專業(yè)性和危險(xiǎn)性等特點(diǎn),產(chǎn)品品種繁多,包裝、運(yùn)輸方式和要求千差萬別,化工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、倉儲、運(yùn)輸需要專業(yè)人員、使用專業(yè)設(shè)備,而化工產(chǎn)品的安全管理更為重要,一旦有閃失就可能造成重大事故,對社會影響很大,同時,化工產(chǎn)品市場化程度高、競爭激烈,物流服務(wù)水平會影響到客戶忠誠度。因此化工產(chǎn)品的物流管理是Z公司的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注對象。 價值活動是企業(yè)所從事的物質(zhì)上和技術(shù)上的各項(xiàng)活動,對物流行業(yè)來說,價值鏈基本活動包括包裝、運(yùn)輸、倉儲、裝卸、客戶服務(wù),輔助活動包括物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、信息處理、人力資源管理、系統(tǒng)整合,每一活動都包括直接創(chuàng)造價值的活動、間接創(chuàng)造價值的活動、質(zhì)量保證活動三部分。 物流領(lǐng)域是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)技術(shù)最有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以進(jìn)一步提升物流智能化、信息化和自動化水平,推動物流功能整合,對化工產(chǎn)品物流服務(wù)過程中的“人員”、“車輛”、“貨物”、“路線”、“倉儲”進(jìn)行全方位監(jiān)管產(chǎn)生積極影響。本文試圖通過對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在Z公司物流管理中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析,通過對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用價值的理論分析,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在Z公司應(yīng)用方案設(shè)計(jì),探討物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在Z公司物流管理中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the development of Internet technology, the Internet of things has gradually become a new term into the vision of people. The Internet of things technology promotes the development of the world economy towards the direction of information industry, and the Internet of things realizes the expansion from person to thing on the basis of the Internet. The Internet of things (IoT) represents the development direction of the next generation of information technology from the initial application of the computer industry to the management of the Internet of things in various industries all over the world. The Internet of things can realize the intelligent management by combining the goods with the network computer by using the sensing equipment, which can greatly reduce the safety accidents in the industry and save the production and operation cost of the enterprise. Z is one of the largest integrated energy chemical companies in China and is the largest producer and supplier of petroleum products and major petrochemical products in China. Z's business covers raw material procurement, chemical production, product transportation and warehousing. Product sales and other links, formed a complete and complex supply chain. Among them, the logistics business mainly concentrates on the chemical product sales link, covering the whole process from the product to the transportation, the storage to the sale to the customer. The logistics of chemical products has the characteristics of complexity, professionalism and danger, the variety of products, packaging, transportation modes and requirements vary greatly, chemical products production, storage, transportation need professional personnel, use professional equipment, The safety management of chemical products is more important, once there is a flash loss, it may cause major accidents, which has a great impact on the society. At the same time, chemical products have a high degree of marketization, fierce competition, logistics service level will affect customer loyalty. Therefore, the logistics management of chemical products is the focus of Z Company. Value-based activities are material and technical activities that an enterprise is engaged in. For the logistics industry, the basic activities of the value chain include packaging, transportation, warehousing, loading and unloading, customer service, and ancillary activities including the construction of logistics infrastructure. Information processing, human resources management, system integration, each activity includes direct value creation activities, indirect value creation activities, quality assurance activities. The logistics field is the most practical application field of the technology related to the Internet of things. The Internet of things can further enhance the level of logistics intelligence, information and automation, promote the integration of logistics functions, and "personnel" in the process of logistics services for chemical products. "vehicle", "cargo", "route", "warehousing" all-round supervision has a positive impact. This paper attempts to analyze the application of the Internet of things in the logistics management of Z Company, and through the theoretical analysis of the application value of the Internet of things technology, and through the theoretical analysis of the application value of the Internet of things technology, the joint networking application scheme design in Z Company, This paper discusses the application of Internet of things in logistics management of Z Company.
