鐵路物流配送系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)及其在杭鋼的應用

【摘要】:近年來,受國際經(jīng)濟環(huán)境影響,鋼鐵行業(yè)需求疲軟。通過對我國鋼鐵企業(yè)物流現(xiàn)狀調研發(fā)現(xiàn),設備陳舊、技術水平低、物流效率低、管理制度不完善,使我國鋼鐵企業(yè)在國際競爭中處于劣勢。物流配送是鋼鐵企業(yè)生產流程中不可或缺的重要組成部分,通過引進先進的物流管理方法和手段,合理利用社會資源,可有效降低物流成本,降低能源消耗,提高服務質量和效率,有利于優(yōu)化企業(yè)物流管理,贏得客戶和供應商并形成供應鏈環(huán)境下的物流共贏體系。如何尋找新的競爭優(yōu)勢、新的利潤增長點是擺在各鋼鐵企業(yè)面前新的課題。 長期以來,杭鋼物流配送主要是靠人工作業(yè)方式完成,雖然實現(xiàn)了一定程度的信息化,但各應用系統(tǒng)分散孤立、基礎信息不齊全、數(shù)據(jù)共享能力差,難以滿足企業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的需要。本文以杭鋼集團公司為應用實例,對內部鐵路物流配送流程進行梳理,基于管控一體化思路,設計和開發(fā)鐵路物流配送系統(tǒng),使企業(yè)鐵路物流向網(wǎng)絡化、數(shù)字化、智能控制化方向發(fā)展。本文的主要工作和成果如下: 1、針對杭鋼的生產管理模式及鐵路物流配送的特殊性,對從原材料進廠、貨物配送、倉儲管理、半成品加工、及產品形成,至產品出廠的一系列內部流程進行梳理,剖析物流配送的詳細過程。結合杭鋼各分廠的實際生產情況和鐵路物流配送現(xiàn)狀中存在的一些問題,進行詳細的需求分析。 2、基于SQL Server2000數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)各終端與群集服務器之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互、處理和儲存。在Windows平臺下采用Java的Served/JSP技術,在服務器端產生動態(tài)內容,向終端機讀取和發(fā)送顯示數(shù)據(jù)和隱式數(shù)據(jù),在讀取和發(fā)送中生成結果并將結果數(shù)據(jù)以HTML格式返回調度的終端機上。采用Delphi集成開發(fā)環(huán)境構建車流圖形用戶界面,通過Delphi數(shù)據(jù)庫操作控件,設計基于數(shù)據(jù)庫的Web發(fā)布系統(tǒng)。 3、結合微機聯(lián)鎖、RFID微波識別、網(wǎng)絡通信等關鍵技術,從系統(tǒng)的整體架構、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)功能方面進行詳細研究,提出了以物流和車流兩大模塊功能相結合的方式建立鐵路物流配送系統(tǒng)。 4、該系統(tǒng)在實際運用過程中驗證了物流配送系統(tǒng)的整體構架和相關功能,實現(xiàn)了過程管理控制,節(jié)省了車輛的裝卸等待時間,降低了運輸過程中的相關從業(yè)人員,大大提高了物流運輸、配送的整體工作效率,有效地優(yōu)化了鐵路物流配送管理配置,使杭鋼鐵路運輸物流配送體系形成可靠穩(wěn)定的模式。 5、本文著重于物流配送系統(tǒng)中的運輸管理和配送管理功能的實現(xiàn),倉儲管理部分為下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, affected by the international economic environment, steel industry demand is weak. Through the investigation and investigation on the present situation of the logistics of iron and steel enterprises in our country, it is found that the old equipment, the low level of technology, the low efficiency of logistics and the imperfect management system make the iron and steel enterprises of our country at a disadvantage in the international competition. Logistics distribution is an indispensable and important part in the production process of iron and steel enterprises. By introducing advanced logistics management methods and means and making rational use of social resources, logistics costs and energy consumption can be effectively reduced. Improving service quality and efficiency is beneficial to optimize logistics management win customers and suppliers and form a win-win logistics system in supply chain environment. How to find the new competitive advantage and the new profit growth point is a new subject in front of the iron and steel enterprises. For a long time, the logistics distribution of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Company has been completed mainly by manual operation. Although it has achieved a certain degree of informatization, the application systems are scattered and isolated, the basic information is not complete, and the ability of data sharing is poor. It is difficult to meet the need of rapid development of enterprises. Taking Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company as an example, this paper combs the internal railway logistics distribution process, designs and develops the railway logistics distribution system based on the idea of integration of management and control, and makes the enterprise railway logistics become networked and digitized. The direction of intelligent control is developing. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. In view of the production management mode of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Company and the particularity of railway logistics distribution, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. According to the characteristics of raw materials, goods distribution, warehousing management, semi-finished product processing, and product formation, A series of internal processes to the product factory to comb, analyze the detailed process of logistics distribution. Combined with the actual production situation of each branch plant of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Company and some problems existing in the present situation of railway logistics distribution, the detailed demand analysis was carried out. 2. The data interaction, processing and storage between the terminal and the cluster server are realized based on SQL Server2000 database. Under the Windows platform, the Served/JSP technology of Java is used to generate dynamic content on the server side, to read and send the display data and implicit data to the terminal, to generate the result in the reading and sending, and to return the result data to the scheduled terminal in the HTML format. The Delphi integrated development environment is used to construct the vehicle flow graphical user interface, and the Web publishing system based on the database is designed through the Delphi database operation control. 3. Combined with the key technologies of microcomputer interlocking, RFID microwave identification, network communication and so on, the system structure, system realization and system function are studied in detail. In this paper, a railway logistics distribution system is established by combining the functions of logistics and vehicle flow modules. 4. In the process of practical application, the system verifies the whole framework and related functions of the logistics distribution system, realizes the process management control, saves the loading and unloading waiting time of the vehicle, and reduces the relevant employees in the transportation process. It greatly improves the overall working efficiency of logistics transportation and distribution, effectively optimizes the management configuration of railway logistics distribution, and forms a reliable and stable model for the railway transportation logistics distribution system of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Co. 5. This paper focuses on the realization of transportation management and distribution management in logistics distribution system, and warehouse management is the next research direction.
