【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國各個領域都進行了大刀闊斧的改革。醫(yī)療行業(yè)作為我國的基礎性行業(yè),自我國改革開放以來也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,無論是從醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的服務水平方面還是從醫(yī)療技術水平方面都取得了很大的進步。2009年我國政府頒布了新的醫(yī)療改革政策,為我國醫(yī)療改革事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了非常重要的促進作用,為我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展提供了可靠的保障。然而,隨著新醫(yī)改的不斷推行,醫(yī)藥物流與醫(yī)療供應鏈體系中存在的問題不斷地顯現(xiàn)出來,對醫(yī)療事業(yè)的改革形成了一定的阻礙,文章就針對新醫(yī)改下醫(yī)藥物流與醫(yī)療供應鏈體系中存在的問題進行深入的分析,同時提出一些有效的改進措施,僅供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has carried out drastic reforms in various fields. As the basic industry of our country, the medical industry has also undergone earth-shaking changes since China's reform and opening up. Great progress has been made both in terms of the service level of the medical and health industry and in the level of medical technology. In 2009, our government promulgated a new health care reform policy. It has played a very important role in promoting the development of medical reform in China, and has provided reliable guarantee for the prosperity and development of medical and health care in our country. However, with the continuous implementation of the new medical reform, the problems existing in the medical logistics and medical supply chain system are constantly emerging, which has formed a certain hindrance to the reform of the medical industry. This paper makes a deep analysis on the problems existing in the medical logistics and medical supply chain system under the new medical reform, and puts forward some effective improvement measures for reference only.
