A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理

【摘要】:在市場(chǎng)環(huán)境尤為復(fù)雜的今天,供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)現(xiàn)了不同企業(yè)相關(guān)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源的相互運(yùn)用,增進(jìn)了企業(yè)間的優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),使得企業(yè)不斷增強(qiáng)對(duì)于市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的敏感性和應(yīng)變能力,不斷推出新產(chǎn)品和更高質(zhì)量的服務(wù),從總體上提高了企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力。而對(duì)于代工企業(yè)所處的供應(yīng)鏈更是如此。大規(guī)模的代工不僅給人們提供了大量的輕工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,滿足生活上的便利,而且隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的改變,大量的電子類產(chǎn)品和醫(yī)療器械類產(chǎn)品的加工也逐步開(kāi)始由代工企業(yè)完成。市場(chǎng)的復(fù)雜化、客戶對(duì)于產(chǎn)品的高要求、產(chǎn)品精密度的增加、市場(chǎng)要求代工企業(yè)研發(fā)能力的提升,都使得代工行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越來(lái)越大。 本文以一家代工企業(yè)A公司作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)A公司內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的深入剖析,完成了對(duì)A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別,并構(gòu)建了A公司的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)運(yùn)用粗糙集理論和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,對(duì)該指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最終,在得到A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的等級(jí)以后,給出A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體措施。 本文共分為六章闡述,以下是主要研究?jī)?nèi)容: 第一部分主要介紹了本文的研究背景和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,并給出了本文的技術(shù)路線和內(nèi)容安排。 第二部分主要?dú)w納了有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)并介紹了本文進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中所用到的粗糙集理論和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法 第三部分為A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別階段。通過(guò)對(duì)A公司實(shí)際情況的深入了解,界定出A公司供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。之后采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法獲得數(shù)據(jù),并通過(guò)SPSS對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,最終將A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素歸納為五大類,分別是:運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、生產(chǎn)能力風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、合作伙伴關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及信息等其它風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 第四部分為A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)階段。通過(guò)運(yùn)用粗糙集理論將各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素定權(quán),而后通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,得到各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),為后續(xù)所采取的措施提供理論參考。 第五部分給出A公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施。主要是根據(jù)第四章的結(jié)論,提出可行性方案,供A公司選擇和采納。 本文的研究成果將直接用于A公司供應(yīng)鏈的管理過(guò)程中,同時(shí)對(duì)新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,代工企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范都有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Today, when the market environment is especially complex, the supply chain realizes the mutual use of the relative advantage resources of different enterprises, enhances the complementary advantages of the enterprises, and makes the enterprises continuously enhance their sensitivity and adaptability to the market environment. Continuous introduction of new products and higher quality services, from the overall improvement of the overall strength of the enterprise. This is especially true for the supply chain of contract companies. Large-scale contract manufacturing not only provides people with a large number of light industrial products to meet the convenience of life, but also with the progress of science and technology and the change of business operation mode. A large number of electronic products and medical equipment products processing began to be completed by contract enterprises. The complexity of the market, the high demand of customers for products, the increase of product precision, and the improvement of R & D ability of contract enterprises make the supply chain risk of contract industry more and more great. This paper takes A Company as the research object, through the deep analysis of the internal risk and external risk of A Company, completes the identification of the supply chain risk of A Company, and constructs the supply chain risk evaluation index system of A Company. The index system is evaluated by rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, after getting the grade of supply chain risk of A company, the concrete measures of supply chain risk management of A company are given. This paper is divided into six chapters, the following are the main research content: the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research on supply chain risk management status, The technical route and content arrangement of this paper are also given. The second part mainly summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge about supply chain risk and introduces the rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in the process of risk evaluation. The third part is the stage of supply chain risk identification in A Company. Through a deep understanding of the actual situation of company A, define the risk factors of A company supply chain. Finally, the supply chain risk factors of company A are classified into five categories: transportation risk, internal management risk, production capacity risk. Partnership risk and other risks such as information. The fourth part is company A supply chain risk evaluation stage. By using rough set theory to determine the weight of each risk factor, and then through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk grade of each risk factor is obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent measures to be taken. The fifth part gives A company supply chain risk prevention measures. According to the conclusion of the fourth chapter, the paper puts forward the feasible scheme for A company to choose and adopt. The research results of this paper will be directly used in the process of supply chain management of company A, and it will be useful for reference to the supply chain operation and risk prevention of contract enterprises under the new market environment.
