【摘要】：我國(guó)大多數(shù)鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格波動(dòng)的劇烈程度是糧食的兩倍左右且兩者的波幅幾乎無統(tǒng)計(jì)相關(guān)性,價(jià)格波幅中有超過40%的比率由隱性交易成本波動(dòng)造成,總交易成本波動(dòng)幅度大是導(dǎo)致價(jià)格劇烈波動(dòng)的直接原因。理論分析和國(guó)際比較表明,交易成本大幅波動(dòng)的根本成因是供應(yīng)鏈核心環(huán)節(jié)缺位導(dǎo)致的供應(yīng)鏈制度安排不合理或缺失。構(gòu)建以全國(guó)性公益鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子批發(fā)市場(chǎng)為核心環(huán)節(jié)的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式和以該市場(chǎng)為中心的供應(yīng)鏈金融體系,不但能解決局部供需不均衡、交易成本高和價(jià)格波動(dòng)大等問題,而且能促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和提升金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The price fluctuation of most fresh agricultural products in China is about twice as severe as that of grain, and there is almost no statistical correlation between the two fluctuations. More than 40% of the price volatility is caused by the fluctuation of implicit transaction costs. The volatility of total transaction cost is the direct cause of sharp price fluctuation. Theoretical analysis and international comparison show that the fundamental cause of the large fluctuation of transaction costs is the unreasonable or missing supply chain institutional arrangements caused by the absence of the core links in the supply chain. To construct a supply chain management model with the national electronic wholesale market for fresh agricultural products as the core link and a supply chain financial system centered on this market can not only solve the problems of partial imbalance of supply and demand, high transaction cost and large price fluctuation, etc. And can promote the development of modern agriculture and enhance the core competitiveness of the financial industry.
