環(huán)形系統(tǒng)DEA評(píng)價(jià)模型研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈。要想實(shí)現(xiàn)績(jī)效的最優(yōu)化成為全社會(huì)的共同關(guān)注,對(duì)效率和收益情況的評(píng)估問(wèn)題也成為首要核心研究。在處處充滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和合作關(guān)系的社會(huì)中,每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都存在著系統(tǒng)和子系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系。而選擇合適的評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),也成為一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),在全球的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,也掀起了合作的高潮。但不可否認(rèn)的是合作在我們的日常生活中起著不可或缺的作用,特別是隨著以計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通訊技術(shù)為依托的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),全球更是掀起了合作的高潮。 本文通過(guò)分析系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間的合作關(guān)系,針對(duì)環(huán)形系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)作過(guò)程處于循環(huán)狀態(tài),這一不同于其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的突出特點(diǎn),分析其單個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)階段,建立評(píng)價(jià)單階段環(huán)形生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的DEA模型。然后,將其推廣到整體循環(huán)過(guò)程,進(jìn)行環(huán)形生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的DEA效率評(píng)價(jià),給出此網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策單元的DEA有效性。并通過(guò)分析決策單元間的合作關(guān)系,將環(huán)形系統(tǒng)DEA理論和合作博弈理論相結(jié)合,,把需要作評(píng)價(jià)的各決策單元(DMU)作為合作博弈的局中人,依據(jù)理性假設(shè)定義了聯(lián)盟博弈的特征函數(shù),提出了基于合作博弈的環(huán)形系統(tǒng)DEA模型,選擇了Shapley值作為該模型的解。最后以京東商城的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈和外包合作物流模式進(jìn)行了實(shí)例應(yīng)用。 通過(guò)環(huán)形系統(tǒng)DEA評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建,一方面,可以為環(huán)形系統(tǒng)效率評(píng)價(jià)提供新的思路和方法,另一方面,將合作博弈應(yīng)用到環(huán)形系統(tǒng)DEA模型中可以解決不同行為偏好DMU間的管理問(wèn)題,如對(duì)利益進(jìn)行分配,對(duì)資源進(jìn)行合理的配置,并且設(shè)定企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)等,為決策提供更有力的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the economy is developing rapidly and the competition is fierce. In order to optimize the performance of the whole society, the evaluation of efficiency and income has become the most important research. In a society full of competition and cooperation, there is a relationship between system and subsystem in every link. It is also a challenge to select appropriate evaluation models and evaluate complex systems. With the arrival of the network economy era, in all fields of the world, also set off the climax of cooperation. However, it is undeniable that cooperation plays an indispensable role in our daily life, especially with the arrival of the era of network economy based on computer, network and communication technology, the global cooperation is set off a climax. In this paper, by analyzing the cooperative relationship among the subsystems in the system, aiming at the circulating state of the internal operation process of the ring system, which is different from the outstanding characteristics of other network systems, this paper analyzes the single dynamic cycle stage of the ring system. A DEA model was established to evaluate the single stage annular production process. Then, it is extended to the whole cycle process to evaluate the DEA efficiency of the annular production system, and the DEA effectiveness of the network decision making unit is given. By analyzing the cooperative relationship between the decision making units, the DEA theory of ring system and the cooperative game theory are combined, and the decision making units (DMU) which need to be evaluated are regarded as the players in the cooperative game. According to rational hypothesis, the characteristic function of alliance game is defined, and the DEA model of ring system based on cooperative game is proposed. The Shapley value is chosen as the solution of the model. Finally, the closed-loop supply chain and outsourcing cooperative logistics model of JingDong Mall are applied. Through the construction of ring system DEA evaluation model, on the one hand, it can provide new ideas and methods for ring system efficiency evaluation, on the other hand, Applying cooperative game to the DEA model of ring system can solve the management problems between DMU with different behavior preferences, such as the allocation of benefits, the rational allocation of resources, and the setting of business objectives, etc. To provide a more effective basis for decision-making.
