【摘要】：隨著新醫(yī)改深入推進,藥品流通行業(yè)迎來新一輪的整合發(fā)展。醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈面臨著國際國內(nèi)市場競爭加劇、成本高效率低、運營風(fēng)險增加和藥品流通管制制度效率低下等一系列問題。研究表明:醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化整合應(yīng)遵循藥品流通的特殊性、平衡經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益、注重與藥品流通管制制度相協(xié)同等原則。在醫(yī)藥供應(yīng)鏈整合的策略上應(yīng)做好以下五個方面的工作:以藥品需求特性為基礎(chǔ)對供應(yīng)鏈進行分類,通過有效激勵促進知識共享與合作,推進信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代物流技術(shù)升級,構(gòu)建敏捷性供應(yīng)鏈支撐藥品需求管理以及通過業(yè)務(wù)流程再造與創(chuàng)建風(fēng)險管理文化等來規(guī)避運營風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the new medical reform, the pharmaceutical circulation industry ushered in a new round of integrated development. Pharmaceutical supply chain is faced with a series of problems, such as intensified competition in international and domestic markets, low cost, increased operational risk and low efficiency of drug circulation control system. The research shows that the optimization and integration of pharmaceutical supply chain should follow the particularity of drug circulation, balance economic and social benefits, and pay attention to the coordination with drug circulation control system. In the strategy of pharmaceutical supply chain integration, the following five aspects should be done well: to classify the supply chain based on the characteristics of drug demand, to promote knowledge sharing and cooperation through effective incentives, and to promote the upgrading of information technology and modern logistics technology. To construct agile supply chain to support drug demand management and to avoid operational risk through business process reengineering and risk management culture.
