【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快和信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化,企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)已成為企業(yè)能否在動(dòng)態(tài)市場(chǎng)上獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵因素,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)已成功構(gòu)建和運(yùn)行價(jià)值網(wǎng),但這不代表就能占據(jù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的獲得需要價(jià)值網(wǎng)發(fā)揮協(xié)同效應(yīng),而協(xié)同效應(yīng)的發(fā)揮要建立在企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)高運(yùn)行效率的基礎(chǔ)上。 通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)中存在處于主導(dǎo)地位的核心企業(yè),其憑借自身資源或能力的異質(zhì)性對(duì)價(jià)值網(wǎng)中其他成員企業(yè)具有影響力,本文把這種影響力定義為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)核心企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力能否會(huì)像層級(jí)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力一樣對(duì)組織運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生影響,至今少有研究,尤其是實(shí)證研究。因此,本研究構(gòu)建了核心企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力對(duì)運(yùn)行效率影響的整體模型,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究探討了核心企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、合作穩(wěn)定、成員信任對(duì)運(yùn)行效率的影響機(jī)理,具有一定的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本研究通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查收集樣本數(shù)據(jù),然后對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度和效度分析,分析結(jié)果顯示量表具有良好的信度和效度,接著對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行擬合和評(píng)價(jià),然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行修正,最后獲得研究結(jié)論：企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)核心企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力對(duì)運(yùn)行效率有正向影響,核心企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力對(duì)成員信任和合作穩(wěn)定有正向影響,成員信任和合作穩(wěn)定對(duì)運(yùn)行效率有正向影響,成員信任對(duì)合作穩(wěn)定沒(méi)有顯著影響。最后,本文對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)核心企業(yè)提出了一些可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the competitive environment faced by enterprises has changed greatly. Enterprise value net has become the key factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in dynamic market. More and more enterprises have successfully constructed and operated the value net, but this does not mean that they can occupy the competitive advantage. The synergetic effect should be based on the high efficiency of enterprise value net. Through the literature research, it is found that there are core enterprises in the leading position in the enterprise value net, which have influence on other members of the value net by the heterogeneity of their own resources or abilities. This paper defines this influence as leadership. There is little research, especially empirical research, on whether the core enterprise leadership of the enterprise value net will have the same impact on the organizational operation as the hierarchical organizational leadership. Therefore, this study constructs the overall model of the influence of core enterprise leadership on operational efficiency, and discusses the mechanism of core enterprise leadership, stability of cooperation and member trust on operational efficiency through empirical research. It has certain theoretical and practical significance. This study collected sample data through questionnaire, then analyzed the reliability and validity of the sample data. The results showed that the scale had good reliability and validity, and then the structural equation model was fitted and evaluated. At last, we get the conclusion that the core enterprise leadership has a positive effect on the operation efficiency, and the core enterprise leadership has a positive impact on the trust and cooperation stability of the members. Member trust and cooperation stability have a positive effect on operational efficiency, but member trust has no significant effect on cooperation stability. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to the core enterprise of enterprise value net.
