【摘要】：投資方案決策研究不同于可行性分析，是投資項目科學(xué)決策的重要工作，目的是為經(jīng)營目標(biāo)投資決策提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)和判斷。通過擬定多項可行方案等進(jìn)行評估，從而為投資決策提供選擇能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)或者盈利最大的最優(yōu)方案，關(guān)系到投資項目的成敗。 物流基地項目的投資決策包括對基地投資項目制定決策和未來經(jīng)營分析，汽車工業(yè)的物流與一般企業(yè)物流相比，更側(cè)重從汽車工業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的角度出發(fā)，降低物流成本及交易成本，，提高核心競爭優(yōu)勢，以汽車生產(chǎn)企為中心的集群內(nèi)企業(yè)間的配送、加工、采購、倉儲等物流活動為基礎(chǔ)，滿足汽車工業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)的物流需求。 汽車工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，是充分分工協(xié)作的工業(yè)，產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度很高，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條長，涉及行業(yè)多。物流供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧嚬I(yè)中的重要組成部分，汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展一刻也離不開物流業(yè)的支撐,它參與了汽車生產(chǎn)與銷售供應(yīng)鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)。 與汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)相配套的物流基地必須是與汽車需求市場的發(fā)展相匹配，在有了需求時再建設(shè)，與需求發(fā)生的時段基本相同，與汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)市場定位和所推出的車型聯(lián)系性特別強(qiáng)，不可預(yù)見的因素太多，這些都對于物流基地這項長期性和計劃性的投資存在很大的不確定性和風(fēng)險。 本文將以GA公司物流基地項目的投資策略分析研究為出發(fā)點，在擬定評價時間和收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用現(xiàn)金流、凈現(xiàn)值法、動態(tài)投資回收期法等進(jìn)行財務(wù)分析，估算擬建物流園區(qū)的各項業(yè)務(wù)收入、各項成本數(shù)額，以財務(wù)內(nèi)部收益率、財務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值、投資回收期等指標(biāo)，把財務(wù)評價應(yīng)用到汽車工業(yè)物流基地項目的投資決策分析上，對汽車生產(chǎn)工業(yè)物流基地類項目的投資策略展開分析研究，為該類項目的投資決策分析服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The research of investment scheme decision is different from feasibility analysis, and it is an important work of scientific decision of investment project. The purpose is to provide scientific basis and judgment for investment decision of management goal. Through the evaluation of several feasible schemes and so on, it is related to the success or failure of the investment project to provide the investment decision with the optimal scheme which can achieve the expected goal or make the largest profit. The investment decision of logistics base project includes making decision of base investment project and analysis of future operation. Compared with general enterprise logistics, automobile industry logistics lays more emphasis on automobile industry supply chain. The logistics cost and transaction cost should be reduced, the core competitive advantage should be improved, and the logistics activities such as distribution, processing, purchasing, warehousing and other logistics activities among enterprises in the automobile industry cluster should be taken as the basis to meet the logistics needs of the enterprises in the automobile industry cluster. Automobile industry is the main pillar industry of the national economy, is the industry of full division of labor and cooperation, the industrial correlation is very high, the industrial chain is long, involving many industries. Logistics supply chain is an important part of automobile industry. The development of automobile industry is inseparable from the support of logistics industry. It participates in every link of automobile production and sales supply chain. The logistics base matched with the automobile production enterprises must be matched with the development of the automobile demand market. When there is demand, the logistics base must be re-built, basically the same period of time as the demand occurs. There are many unforeseeable factors which have strong connection with the market orientation of automobile manufacturing enterprises and the vehicle models introduced. All of these have great uncertainty and risk to the long-term and planned investment of the logistics base. In this paper, based on the analysis of investment strategy of logistics base project of GA Company, on the basis of drawing up the evaluation time and charge standard, the paper adopts cash flow, net present value method, dynamic investment payback period method to carry on the financial analysis, etc. To estimate the business income and cost amount of the proposed logistics park, and to apply the financial evaluation to the investment decision analysis of the automobile industry logistics base project based on the financial internal rate of return, the financial net present value, the investment recovery period, and so on. The investment strategy of automobile industry logistics base project is analyzed and studied, which serves for the investment decision analysis of this kind of project.
