供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化,市場競爭從傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間的競爭,傳統(tǒng)的賣方市場已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐灶櫩蜑閷?dǎo)向的買方市場。并且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間競爭的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,如何保證和提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為未來供應(yīng)鏈之間競爭的關(guān)鍵因素。 供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量己經(jīng)擴展到貫穿于產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計、采購、加工制造、銷售服務(wù)等全過程,由傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)質(zhì)量擴展到由時間和過程決定的動態(tài)質(zhì)量。傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理方法已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)。如何在供應(yīng)鏈運營過程中保證和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,已經(jīng)成為供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)面臨的關(guān)鍵問題。因此,本文針對供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量生命周期性和動態(tài)性,從供應(yīng)鏈的運營過程、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的形成規(guī)律等方面進行全面深入分析,主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (l)首先,詳細分析供應(yīng)鏈的運營過程,并應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品全生命周期理論深入研究供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的形成過程;在此基礎(chǔ)上,找出供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,為后面質(zhì)量評價體系研究提供基礎(chǔ)。 (2)其次,針對目前產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價指標體系不全面的問題,本文深入研究影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,從技術(shù)性、經(jīng)濟性和綠色性等方面進行分析,建立產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價體系模型,并建立相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價指標體系。 (3)針對復(fù)雜、動態(tài)的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價問題,對比分析現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價方法存在的問題,提出一種基于序關(guān)系法(G1法)和模糊綜合評價相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價方法,實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下動態(tài)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價問題,解決目前產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價方法存在的評價效率低、主觀性強等問題。 (4)最后,以F335潤滑油站產(chǎn)品為例,應(yīng)用JSP+Servlet開發(fā)模式與SQL Server2000數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評價原型系統(tǒng),驗證了前面提出的理論模型和算法的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, the market competition has changed from the traditional competition among enterprises to the competition between supply chains, and the traditional seller market has changed into a customer-oriented buyer's market. And product quality has become a key factor in competition between supply chain enterprises. Therefore, how to ensure and improve the quality of products has become a key factor in future supply chain competition. The quality of products in supply chain environment has been extended to the whole process of product design, procurement, manufacturing, sales and service, from traditional static quality to dynamic quality determined by time and process. Traditional quality management methods have been unable to adapt. How to ensure and improve product quality in the process of supply chain operation has become a key problem faced by supply chain core enterprises. Therefore, aiming at the periodicity and dynamics of product quality in supply chain environment, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis from the aspects of supply chain operation process and product quality formation law. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, (l), The operation process of supply chain is analyzed in detail, and the forming process of product quality under supply chain environment is deeply studied by applying product life cycle theory, and on this basis, the key factors influencing product quality in supply chain environment are found out. (2) secondly, aiming at the problem that the index system of product quality evaluation is not comprehensive at present, this paper deeply studies the key factors that affect the quality of products, from the technical point of view, Based on the analysis of economy and green, the model of product quality evaluation system is established, and the corresponding index system of product quality evaluation is established. (3) aiming at the problem of product quality evaluation in complex and dynamic supply chain environment, By comparing and analyzing the problems existing in the existing product quality evaluation methods, a product quality evaluation method based on the combination of order relation method (G1) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to realize the dynamic product quality evaluation in the supply chain environment. To solve the problems of low evaluation efficiency and strong subjectivity existing in the current product quality evaluation methods. (4) finally, taking the products of F335 lubricating oil station as an example, The prototype system of product quality evaluation under supply chain environment is developed by using JSP Servlet development mode and SQL Server2000 database. The correctness and feasibility of the theoretical model and algorithm proposed above are verified.
