供電企業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著電力需求的增長(zhǎng)和電能質(zhì)量要求的提高,供電企業(yè)作為電力行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的推動(dòng)者為保證供電安全肩負(fù)著重大的責(zé)任。為進(jìn)一步保證供電安全,提高供電企業(yè)供應(yīng)商輸變電設(shè)備供貨質(zhì)量,本文國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀為背景,探討供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理相關(guān)理論支撐,對(duì)供電企業(yè)供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理體系建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究。 本文針對(duì)供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)工作,從指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建放方法和原則入手,構(gòu)建包含供應(yīng)商基本情況、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、技術(shù)水平、質(zhì)量管理能力和服務(wù)能力五個(gè)方面的供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用Topsis多目標(biāo)決策模型對(duì)供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。針對(duì)供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)工作,本文從質(zhì)量(quality)、成本(cost)、開(kāi)發(fā)(development)、交貨(delivery)、管理(management)(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)QCDDM)五個(gè)角度出發(fā),對(duì)供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)、采購(gòu)、制造、合同履約情況、安裝調(diào)試狀況、運(yùn)維水平六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)19項(xiàng)內(nèi)容的供應(yīng)商績(jī)效表現(xiàn)構(gòu)建供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,本文針對(duì)供應(yīng)商分類(lèi)管理,設(shè)計(jì)供應(yīng)商績(jī)效表現(xiàn)和依存關(guān)系分類(lèi)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用決策樹(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)分析模型對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類(lèi),設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)包含供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)模塊、績(jī)效評(píng)估模塊和分類(lèi)管理模塊的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理分析軟件。供電企業(yè)通過(guò)供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理能夠解決當(dāng)下供貨不及時(shí)、供貨質(zhì)量低等局面,進(jìn)一步降低成本、縮短生產(chǎn)和投放周期,最終提高供電企業(yè)運(yùn)作效率和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:With the increase of power demand and the improvement of power quality, power supply enterprises, as promoters of power industry chain, shoulder great responsibility to ensure the safety of power supply. In order to further ensure the safety of power supply and improve the supply quality of power transmission and transformation equipment of suppliers in power supply enterprises, this paper discusses the theoretical support of supplier relationship management in the background of domestic and foreign research status. This paper studies the construction of supplier relationship management system in power supply enterprises. Based on the evaluation of suppliers' qualification, this paper starts with the methods and principles of constructing the index system, including the basic information of suppliers, the financial situation, the technical level, The evaluation index system of supplier qualification in five aspects of quality management ability and service ability is introduced, and the multi-objective decision model of Topsis is used to evaluate the qualification of supplier. In view of supplier performance evaluation, this paper, from five aspects of quality (quality), cost (cost), development (development), delivery (delivery), management (management) (for short QCDDM), analyzes supplier qualification, purchasing, manufacturing, contract performance, installation and commissioning. The supplier performance of 19 items in six links of operation and maintenance level constructs supplier performance evaluation index system. Finally, aiming at the supplier classification management, designing supplier performance and dependency classification management standard, using the decision tree association analysis model to classify the supplier, designing and developing including supplier qualification evaluation module. Performance evaluation module and classification management module of supplier relationship management analysis software. Through supplier relationship management, power supply enterprises can solve the problems of untimely supply and low quality of supply, further reduce cost, shorten production and delivery cycle, and finally improve the operation efficiency and market competition ability of power supply enterprises.
