【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化給企業(yè)帶來的顯著變化之一是競爭空間大范圍的擴展，由此導(dǎo)致企業(yè)各生產(chǎn)要素來源選擇的多樣性及市場競爭模式的變化，越來越多的企業(yè)在注重規(guī)模化效益的同時,把提升供應(yīng)鏈管理能力作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營關(guān)注的戰(zhàn)略重點，通過追求供應(yīng)鏈整體成本最低實現(xiàn)效益最佳已成為越來越多企業(yè)的共識。因此現(xiàn)代企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化為供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭，而信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理提供了強有力的工具，使企業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理成為可能。 本文把榆林神華能源公司物資供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用作為研究對象，分析該公司物資供應(yīng)鏈管理模型和信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，對公司管理流程、組織架構(gòu)及崗位設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查并提出優(yōu)化方案，從組織的內(nèi)部、外部和綜合性三個視角，，挖掘有價值的評價指標(biāo)，對物資管理業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)整方案進行系統(tǒng)性評價，最后形成方案整體評價指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)體系對榆林神華公司物資供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)運行及改進有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義，對國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè)物資供應(yīng)鏈管理信息化建設(shè)同樣具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:One of the significant changes brought by economic globalization to enterprises is the expansion of competition space in a wide range, which leads to the diversity of sources of production factors and the changes of market competition patterns. More and more enterprises pay more and more attention to the efficiency of the supply chain at the same time, improve the supply chain management ability as the strategic focus of enterprise management, through the pursuit of the lowest cost of the supply chain to achieve the best benefit has become a growing consensus of enterprises. Therefore, the competition among modern enterprises has been transformed into the competition between supply chain and supply chain, and the rapid development of information technology has provided a powerful tool for enterprise supply chain management. It is possible for enterprises to realize supply chain management on a global scale. This paper takes the application of material supply chain management information system of Shenhua energy company in Yulin as the research object, analyzes the material supply chain management model and information system architecture of the company, and analyzes the management process of the company. The present situation of organization structure and post setting is investigated and the optimization scheme is put forward. From the internal, external and comprehensive perspectives of the organization, the valuable evaluation indexes are excavated, and the adjustment scheme of material management business is systematically evaluated. Finally, the overall evaluation index system of the program is formed. The index system has important guiding significance for the operation and improvement of material supply chain management information system of Shenhua Company in Yulin, and also has reference value for the information construction of material supply chain management in domestic coal enterprises.
