【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，服裝零售終端的形式不斷發(fā)生變化，企業(yè)面臨復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境。只有對服裝零售終端的存量進(jìn)行把握，才能控制成本，適應(yīng)日益激烈的競爭環(huán)境。目前對服裝零售終端存量管理的研究還不太多，服裝存量管理理論還比較缺乏，因此在實(shí)際的存量管理中會遇到不少問題。針對這個問題，本文以服裝零售終端為對象，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。 首先，本文針對服裝零售終端的特點(diǎn)，詳細(xì)介紹了其分類，深入的研究了不同種類零售終端的特點(diǎn)，對零售終端的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了把握。然后提出了服裝零售終端存量管理的意義和目的。分析了現(xiàn)階段服裝存量管理問題產(chǎn)生的原因，找出了解決服裝零售終端存量管理問題的方法。 其次，本文針對服裝零售終端存量管理的要求，介紹了動態(tài)管理的概念及其基本理論-ABC理論在服裝零售終端存量管理的應(yīng)用，進(jìn)而介紹了一種先進(jìn)的動態(tài)管理模式-JIT模式。并針對條碼技術(shù)與RFID技術(shù)的不同特點(diǎn)分別介紹了在零售終端存量管理中的使用方法。 最后，，本文研究了服裝零售終端存量動態(tài)管理的流程，引入了系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論，用建模的方法對整個服裝零售終端存量動態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析。應(yīng)用CEGID軟件，通過對整條供應(yīng)鏈的模擬，找出其中的問題所在，進(jìn)而進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。并以O(shè)KAIDI公司為例，舉例說明了如何應(yīng)用該軟件對零售終端存量進(jìn)行動態(tài)的管理和優(yōu)化。 本文的研究結(jié)論可以作為理論依據(jù)用于實(shí)際管理當(dāng)中，，提高服裝零售終端管理水平，提高企業(yè)的效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the form of clothing retail terminal is changing constantly, and enterprises are faced with complex and changeable market environment. Only by grasping the stock of clothing retail terminal can we control the cost and adapt to the increasingly fierce competition environment. At present, there is not much research on the stock management of clothing retail terminal, and the theory of clothing stock management is still lacking, so there will be many problems in the actual stock management. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the clothing retail terminal as the object, carries on the systematic research. First of all, according to the characteristics of clothing retail terminal, this paper introduces its classification in detail, deeply studies the characteristics of different kinds of retail terminal, and grasps the development trend of retail terminal. Then, the significance and purpose of stock management of apparel retail terminal are put forward. This paper analyzes the reasons for the problem of garment stock management at present, and finds out the method to solve the problem of clothing retail terminal stock management. Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of dynamic management and the application of its basic theory-ABC theory to the inventory management of apparel retail terminal, and then introduces an advanced dynamic management mode-JIT. According to the different characteristics of barcode technology and RFID technology, this paper introduces the usage method of stock management in retail terminal. Finally, this paper studies the process of dynamic inventory management of apparel retail terminal, introduces the theory of system dynamics, and analyzes the whole inventory dynamic management system of clothing retail terminal by modeling method. Through the simulation of the whole supply chain, the problem is found out by using CEGID software, and then the optimization is carried out. Taking OKAIDI Company as an example, this paper illustrates how to use the software to dynamically manage and optimize the retail terminal stock. The conclusion of this paper can be used as the theoretical basis for practical management, improve the management level of clothing retail terminal, and improve the efficiency of enterprises.
