【摘要】：RFID技術(shù)自從20世紀90年代興起以來，在供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域中迅速得到許多企業(yè)的關(guān)注，成為國內(nèi)外研究的熱點問題，獲得了各類研究機構(gòu)的廣泛關(guān)注，被公認為是21世紀供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域中最重要的技術(shù)之一。FMCG由于產(chǎn)品自身的特點，無論是在產(chǎn)品的原材料采購環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)、倉儲運輸環(huán)節(jié)、分銷環(huán)節(jié)還是銷售環(huán)節(jié)，都有嚴格時間要求，要求產(chǎn)品可以盡快地售出，這就使得FMCG行業(yè)對于RFID技術(shù)的需求較其他行業(yè)更加迫切。因此，研究RFID技術(shù)對快速消費品供應(yīng)鏈績效的影響就具有十分積極的意義。論文就是以此為出發(fā)點進行研究的。 論文在研究的過程中首先詳細闡述了研究的背景、目的、意義和文章的結(jié)構(gòu)。然后論文回顧了RBV、RFID、FMCG和供應(yīng)鏈及其績效等與研究密切相關(guān)的理論，作為理論基礎(chǔ)。之后通過對上述文獻進行整理，構(gòu)建了研究的框架，并提出了5個需要驗證的假設(shè)，其中假設(shè)H“RFID技術(shù)能力對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響”為主假設(shè)，假設(shè)Ha“RFID技術(shù)在信息收集方面對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響”、假設(shè)Hb“RFID技術(shù)在信息傳遞方面對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響”、假設(shè)Hc“RFID技術(shù)在信息儲存方面對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響”和假設(shè)Hd“RFID技術(shù)在信息使用方面對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響”為子假設(shè)。在提出假設(shè)之后，確定研究的方法為問卷調(diào)查法，并根據(jù)研究方法設(shè)計抽樣方案，構(gòu)建測量量表以及選取數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。當所有的準備工作結(jié)束并成功回收問卷時，就可以進入數(shù)據(jù)分析檢驗的階段。該階段主要是錄入所收集的問卷中的數(shù)據(jù)，并使用SPSS處理，進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析、信度分析、效度分析、相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析，查看數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計特征值，并依照之前確定的標準進行檢驗，判斷5個假設(shè)是否通過檢驗。最后，根據(jù)檢驗的結(jié)果得出結(jié)論，5個假設(shè)全部通過檢驗，假設(shè)成立，即RFID技術(shù)能力對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效確實具有正向的影響，RFID技術(shù)能力在信息收集、信息傳遞、信息儲存和信息使用方面也分別對FMCG供應(yīng)鏈績效具有正向的影響。在得出結(jié)論的同時，論文還提出了研究中所獲得的一些啟示，這些啟示可以指導(dǎo)FMCG企業(yè)如何通過使用RFID技術(shù)提高其供應(yīng)鏈的績效。此外，，論文在結(jié)尾處也指出了研究過程中的局限所在和未來可以進行的研究方向，以供后來的研究者作為參考。
[Abstract]:Since the rise of RFID technology in 1990s, many enterprises have paid more and more attention to RFID technology in the field of supply chain management, which has become a hot research issue at home and abroad, and has been widely concerned by all kinds of research institutions. FMCG is recognized as one of the most important technologies in the field of supply chain management in the 21st century. There is a strict time requirement that products can be sold as soon as possible, which makes the demand for RFID technology more urgent in FMCG industry than in other industries. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of RFID technology on the performance of FMCG supply chain. This is the starting point of the study of the paper. Firstly, the background, purpose, significance and structure of the research are described in detail. Then the paper reviews the theory of RBV RFIDC FMCG and supply chain and its performance as the theoretical basis. After that, the paper constructs the framework of the research and puts forward five hypotheses that need to be verified, among which, the assumption that "RFID technology capability has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain" is based on the hypothesis that the capability of RFID technology has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. Assuming that Ha "RFID technology has a positive impact on FMCG supply chain performance in terms of information collection" and that HB "RFID technology has a positive impact on FMCG supply chain performance in terms of information transmission", The hypotheses are "RFID technology has positive influence on FMCG supply chain performance in information storage" and Hd "RFID technology has positive effect on FMCG supply chain performance in information usage". After putting forward the hypothesis, the research method is the questionnaire method, and according to the research method, the sampling scheme is designed, the measurement scale is constructed and the data analysis method is selected. When all preparations are completed and the questionnaire is successfully retrieved, the data analysis phase can be entered. In this stage, the data collected from the questionnaire are inputted, and SPSS is used to analyze the statistical characteristics of the data, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The five hypotheses were tested according to the criteria established before and whether the five hypotheses passed the test. Finally, according to the results of the test, we conclude that all of the five assumptions pass the test. The hypothesis is true, that is, RFID technology capability has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. Information storage and information usage also have a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. At the same time, the paper also puts forward some enlightenment, which can guide FMCG enterprises how to improve the performance of their supply chain by using RFID technology. In addition, at the end of the paper, the limitations of the research process and the possible future research directions are also pointed out, which can be used as a reference for later researchers.
