【摘要】：ERP是以信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)，以系統(tǒng)化的管理思想，為企業(yè)決策層及員工提供決策運(yùn)行手段的管理平臺(tái)；企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的、系統(tǒng)化工程，作為企業(yè)管理最廣泛、最有效方法，ERP備受關(guān)注，很多企業(yè)已經(jīng)認(rèn)知到企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)管理模式的不足，而信息化建設(shè)、引入先進(jìn)理念的ERP管理系統(tǒng)就是一種有非常效手段。 本論文通過(guò)對(duì)北京某冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程，研究如何使企業(yè)的ERP更好的設(shè)計(jì)與切入，提高企業(yè)的高效管理，解決企業(yè)實(shí)際問(wèn)題。介紹了冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP理論，冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP的功能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP必要性，冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP的目標(biāo)，冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP的指導(dǎo)思想，開(kāi)發(fā)工具與運(yùn)行環(huán)境；對(duì)冷藏食品企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了ERP系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)：設(shè)計(jì)了冷藏食品ERP的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，冷藏食品ERP模型架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，并且對(duì)冷藏食品企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)管理ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)；構(gòu)建了冷藏食品企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的總體業(yè)務(wù)框架，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)置，研究了在財(cái)務(wù)管理、供應(yīng)鏈、生產(chǎn)管理等三個(gè)主要層面的解決方案實(shí)施。并完成了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和編程，實(shí)現(xiàn)了各個(gè)模塊的功能。用統(tǒng)一的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)冷藏食品企業(yè)管理中數(shù)據(jù)和信息集中管理，更大程度實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享，，保證了冷藏食品企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)管理中數(shù)據(jù)信息的唯一性、共享性、準(zhǔn)確性。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)的這個(gè)冷藏食品企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)管理ERP系統(tǒng)模塊運(yùn)行，效果良好，對(duì)ERP在冷藏食品企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)管理中提供了較好的解決方案。
[Abstract]:ERP is a management platform based on information technology platform and systematized management thought, which provides decision making and running means for enterprise decision makers and employees. Enterprise information construction is a complex and systematic project, which is the most widely used in enterprise management. The most effective method of ERP has been paid attention to, many enterprises have recognized the shortcomings of the traditional management model of enterprises, and information construction, the introduction of advanced ideas of ERP management system is a very effective means. Based on the design and implementation of ERP system in a cold food enterprise in Beijing, this paper studies how to make ERP better design and cut in, improve the efficient management of the enterprise and solve the practical problems of the enterprise. This paper introduces the ERP theory of refrigerated food enterprise, the function standard of ERP in refrigerated food enterprise, the necessity of designing ERP of refrigerated food enterprise, the goal of ERP of refrigerated food enterprise, the guiding ideology of ERP of refrigerated food enterprise, the development tools and the running environment. The ERP system design for the business management of refrigerated food enterprises is carried out: the network structure of ERP for refrigerated food, the framework of ERP model for refrigerated food, and the analysis and design of ERP system for business management of refrigerated food enterprises are carried out. The overall business framework of ERP system for refrigerated food enterprises was constructed, the system function was set up, and the implementation of the solution in three main levels of financial management, supply chain and production management was studied. The system design and programming are completed, and the functions of each module are realized. The unified computer software system is used to realize the centralized management of data and information in the management of refrigerated food enterprises, to realize the sharing of resources to a greater extent, and to ensure the uniqueness, sharing and accuracy of data information in the business management of refrigerated food enterprises. Through the design of the refrigerated food enterprise business management ERP system module running, the effect is good, ERP in the refrigerated food enterprise business management provides a better solution.
