【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈全球化、客戶定制化使汽車制造商們正處于一個前所未有的激烈競爭環(huán)境之中。目前，汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)全過程涉及到大量生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單、BOM清單、質(zhì)量檢驗表單和倉庫表單等數(shù)據(jù)信息，一方面，這些數(shù)據(jù)信息在生產(chǎn)任務(wù)進行的不同階段處于不同的信息系統(tǒng)中，信息孤島現(xiàn)象嚴重；另一方面，對這些數(shù)據(jù)收集和處理不規(guī)范、不及時、不完整，從而導(dǎo)致了汽車整車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)各級管理者的決策得不到生產(chǎn)進度、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)物料等方面信息的有效支撐。本論文在借鑒國內(nèi)外的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的基本理論，對汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行一些研究和探索。 首先，在對汽車整車生產(chǎn)特點分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了一個包括作業(yè)、質(zhì)檢、人力資源、設(shè)備、物料、防錯等六維度汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的全過程信息模型（wholeprocess information model，WPIM）。 其次，分析了汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)管理現(xiàn)狀與信息化需求，在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立了一套基于WPIM的汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，并研究了該系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和運行模式。 然后，在以上的研究基礎(chǔ)上，，重點研究了基于本體的語義信息集成方法和基于組件技術(shù)的汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況可視化動態(tài)監(jiān)控等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 最后，借鑒以上的研究成果，結(jié)合重慶某汽車整車生產(chǎn)車間的實際需求，參與設(shè)計和開發(fā)了一套汽車整車生產(chǎn)任務(wù)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，并在重慶鑫源汽車整車生產(chǎn)車間進行了實施與應(yīng)用，取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of supply chain and customization of customers, automakers are in an unprecedented competitive environment. At present, the whole process of automobile production involves a large number of data information, such as BOM list, quality inspection form and warehouse form. These data information are in different information systems at different stages of production tasks, and the phenomenon of information isolation is serious; on the other hand, the collection and processing of these data is not standardized, timely and incomplete. As a result, the decision of the managers at all levels in the automobile manufacturing enterprises is not effectively supported by the information of production progress, production quality and production materials. Based on the research results at home and abroad and the basic theory of Manufacturing execution system (mes), this paper makes some research and exploration on the real-time monitoring system of automobile production task. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of vehicle production, a whole process information model (wholeprocess information model-WPIM) is proposed, which includes six dimensions: operation, quality inspection, human resources, equipment, material, error prevention and so on. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation and information requirement of the real-time monitoring system for vehicle production task, and then establishes a real-time monitoring system of vehicle production task based on WPIM. The structure and operation mode of the system are also studied. Then, on the basis of the above research, the key technologies such as ontology based semantic information integration method and visual dynamic monitoring of vehicle production tasks based on component technology are studied. Finally, referring to the above research results and combining with the actual demand of a vehicle production workshop in Chongqing, a real-time monitoring system for vehicle production task is designed and developed. It has been carried out and applied in the production workshop of Xinyuan automobile in Chongqing, and good application effect has been obtained.
