【摘要】:近年我國(guó)汽車(chē)4S行業(yè)發(fā)展很快,汽車(chē)銷(xiāo)售量逐年增長(zhǎng),但隨著市場(chǎng)和消費(fèi)群體逐漸成熟,4S行業(yè)已進(jìn)入穩(wěn)步發(fā)展時(shí)代,取代原先行業(yè)暴利特征,集團(tuán)化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)成為新的行業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。涌現(xiàn)出的大型汽車(chē)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商集團(tuán)汽車(chē)銷(xiāo)售量和利潤(rùn)貢獻(xiàn)度在整個(gè)行業(yè)比重逐年增大。 各種品牌4S店數(shù)量的激增,使得我國(guó)新車(chē)銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)十分激烈,新車(chē)銷(xiāo)售的毛利率自2012年已經(jīng)平均下浮至10%以?xún)?nèi),于此同時(shí),汽車(chē)維修業(yè)務(wù)與零配件銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)毛利貢獻(xiàn)率卻占據(jù)了汽車(chē)4S行業(yè)整體利潤(rùn)的50%以上。由此可見(jiàn),維修和配件業(yè)務(wù)在4S行業(yè)地位突出,控制好售后利潤(rùn)就能在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì),售后業(yè)務(wù)最主要的就是配件業(yè)務(wù),配件管理是4S行業(yè)管理中的重中之重。因此優(yōu)化4S店的配件管理,降低庫(kù)存成本,對(duì)提高整個(gè)汽車(chē)4S行業(yè)利潤(rùn)有很大的積極作用。 對(duì)零部件庫(kù)存量進(jìn)行有效的控制并且最大程度的滿足客戶需求是每個(gè)4S店不可避免的問(wèn)題。配件庫(kù)存問(wèn)題一直是4S行業(yè)管理方面的短板,4S行業(yè)配件庫(kù)存具有廠家硬性攤派、品種多、更新快、死庫(kù)存等特點(diǎn),使經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商庫(kù)存資金壓力很大,在現(xiàn)金為王的時(shí)代,怎樣合理控制庫(kù)存,最大限度降低資金成本是經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商首要解決的問(wèn)題。因此合理控制4S行業(yè)庫(kù)存管理,降低成本,對(duì)提升整體經(jīng)營(yíng)效益有重要意義。 針對(duì)4S行業(yè)的零配件庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題,不少學(xué)者提出過(guò)有建設(shè)性的理論,譬如基于傳統(tǒng)理論的ABC庫(kù)存分類(lèi)法,近代發(fā)展的供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存理論,橫向補(bǔ)貨策略,供應(yīng)鏈的聯(lián)合庫(kù)存管理方法等,但是主要是針對(duì)單體4S店庫(kù)存管理或者針對(duì)配件供應(yīng)商的庫(kù)存管理進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)于如何管控大型汽車(chē)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商集團(tuán)的零配件庫(kù)存,涉及較少。本文針對(duì)汽車(chē)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商集團(tuán)這類(lèi)特定庫(kù)存特點(diǎn),結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代庫(kù)存管理理論,從物料分類(lèi)、采購(gòu)訂單的產(chǎn)生方法和已有庫(kù)存的靈活協(xié)調(diào)三方面進(jìn)行研究,以ZS集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)一步研究ABC庫(kù)存管理理論,DSI動(dòng)態(tài)庫(kù)存管理策略和橫向補(bǔ)貨策略的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the automobile 4S industry in China has developed rapidly and the automobile sales volume has increased year by year. However, as the market and consumer groups have gradually matured, the 4S industry has entered the era of steady development, replacing the characteristics of excessive profits in the original industry. The development trend of collectivization has become a new characteristic of industry development. The auto sales volume and profit contribution of the large automobile dealer group are increasing year by year in the whole industry. The sharp increase in the number of 4S stores of various brands has made the new car sales market in our country very competitive. The gross profit rate of new car sales has fallen to an average of less than 10% since 2012, and at the same time, The gross profit contribution rate of auto maintenance and spare parts sales accounts for more than 50% of the overall profit of auto 4S industry. It can be seen that the service of maintenance and accessories is prominent in the 4S industry, and controlling the after-sales profit can take the advantage in the competition of the industry. The most important part of the after-sales business is the accessories business, and the spare parts management is the most important part of the 4S industry management. Therefore, optimizing the spare parts management of 4S store and reducing inventory cost have great positive effect on increasing the profit of the whole automobile 4S industry. It is an inevitable problem for every 4S store to control the stock of parts effectively and to meet the customer's requirement to the maximum extent. The problem of spare parts inventory has always been the shortage of 4S industry management. The 4S industry spare parts inventory has the characteristics of manufacturers' hard allocation, variety, quick renewal, dead inventory, etc., which makes dealers' inventory capital pressure very great, and in the era of cash being king, How to control inventory reasonably and minimize the cost of capital is the most important problem solved by dealers. Therefore, reasonable control of 4S industry inventory management, reduce costs, to enhance the overall operating efficiency is of great significance. In view of the problem of spare parts inventory management in 4S industry, many scholars have put forward constructive theories, such as ABC inventory classification based on traditional theory, supply chain inventory theory developed in modern times, horizontal replenishment strategy, etc. The joint inventory management method of supply chain, but mainly aimed at single 4S store inventory management or spare parts supplier inventory management, for how to control the large auto dealer group spare parts inventory, less involved. In this paper, according to the specific inventory characteristics of automobile dealer group, combined with traditional and modern inventory management theory, this paper studies the classification of materials, the method of producing purchase order and the flexible coordination of existing inventory, taking ZS Group as the research object. The application of DSI dynamic inventory management strategy and horizontal replenishment strategy is further studied in ABC inventory management theory.
