基于AHP-FMEA的供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力評價研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧髽I(yè)知識增長和價值創(chuàng)造的重要源泉,知識共享是供應(yīng)鏈知識管理的核心內(nèi)容。知識的有效共享能夠提高知識創(chuàng)新與運(yùn)用的效率、使供應(yīng)鏈成員間的知識水平達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)與優(yōu)化,進(jìn)而改善供應(yīng)鏈的整體知識水平,提高供應(yīng)鏈的核心競爭力。因此,研究供應(yīng)鏈知識共享問題對實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)之間更好的進(jìn)行知識共享和知識創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而提高供應(yīng)鏈整體的競爭優(yōu)勢具有重要意義。 本文首先詳細(xì)分析供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究中存在的問題及其本文的研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);其次,論述供應(yīng)鏈管理、知識管理、知識共享及供應(yīng)鏈知識共享的基礎(chǔ)理論;再次,從5個方面詳細(xì)分析供應(yīng)鏈知識共享的影響因素,構(gòu)建由5個一級指標(biāo)和16個二級指標(biāo)組成的供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力評價指標(biāo)體系;然后,建立層次分析法和模糊物元分析法相結(jié)合的供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力評價模型,用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,用隸屬度函數(shù)得到評價指標(biāo)的隸屬度,運(yùn)用模糊物元法進(jìn)行綜合評價;最后,對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力進(jìn)行綜合評價,驗(yàn)證模型的有效性和可行性,,并提出提高供應(yīng)鏈知識共享能力的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Supply chain is an important source of enterprise knowledge growth and value creation, and knowledge sharing is the core content of supply chain knowledge management. The effective sharing of knowledge can improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation and application, coordinate and optimize the knowledge level among the members of supply chain, and then improve the overall knowledge level of supply chain and enhance the core competitiveness of supply chain. Therefore, the study of knowledge sharing in supply chain is of great significance to realize better knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation among supply chain enterprises, and then to improve the competitive advantage of supply chain as a whole. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge sharing ability in supply chain, the existing problems, the contents and innovations of this paper, and then discusses the supply chain management, knowledge management, supply chain management and knowledge management. The basic theory of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing in supply chain. Thirdly, the factors influencing knowledge sharing in supply chain are analyzed in detail from five aspects. The evaluation index system of supply chain knowledge sharing ability is constructed, which is composed of 5 primary indexes and 16 secondary indexes, and then the evaluation model of supply chain knowledge sharing ability is established, which combines AHP and fuzzy matter-element analysis. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the membership degree of evaluation index is obtained by membership function, and the fuzzy matter-element method is used for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the knowledge sharing ability of supply chain in standard parts industry is comprehensively evaluated. The validity and feasibility of the model are verified, and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the knowledge sharing ability of supply chain are put forward.
