【摘要】：隨著經濟的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間競爭加劇,而超市的競爭己不再僅僅是規(guī)模的競爭,還有技術競爭、管理競爭等。供應鏈管理水平的高低已經影響到天鵝城超市在市場中的競爭力。充分利用現代信息技術建立基于網絡的超市供應鏈管理系統(tǒng),有利于信息資源共享最大化,總成本最低化,客戶服務最優(yōu)化。將天鵝城超市供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)作為一個重要的研究課題,具有重要意義。天鵝城超市供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)主要是實現超市對供應鏈的信息化、網絡化、規(guī)范化管理,提高超市信息處理能力。針對天鵝城超市在供應鏈管理過程中,所存在的實際問題進行收集。對問題進行分析研究;對開發(fā)系統(tǒng)過程中所涉及的關鍵技術進行闡述；根據用戶需求描述,完成功能需求分析和非功能需求分析；設計系統(tǒng)的總體架構；系統(tǒng)主要包括新品推薦管理、對賬單管理、庫存管理、銷售管理、進貨單管理、返廠單管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能,并對各個功能模塊進行詳細的介紹；從概念結構和邏輯結構進行數據庫設計；對系統(tǒng)的設計與實現進行了詳細闡述；最后介紹了系統(tǒng)測試的方法,論述了超市供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)的測試結果。從天鵝城超市供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)的運行效果表明,系統(tǒng)借助于信息技術手段,解決了超市與供應鏈之間的銷售管理、進貨管理、對賬單管理等實際問題。實現對天鵝城超市供應鏈的有效管理,加快了超市的信息化建設,提升超市的管理效率、服務水平和核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the competition between enterprises intensifies, and the competition of supermarket is no longer just the competition of scale, but also the competition of technology and management. The level of supply chain management has affected the competitiveness of Swan City supermarket in the market. Making full use of modern information technology to set up the supermarket supply chain management system based on network is beneficial to maximize the information resource share, minimize the total cost and optimize the customer service. It is of great significance to take Swan City supermarket supply chain Management system as an important research topic. The supply chain management system of Swan City supermarket is mainly to realize the informationization, network and standardized management of the supply chain, and to improve the information processing ability of the supermarket. In view of the Swan City supermarket in the supply chain management process, the existence of practical problems to collect. The key technologies involved in the process of developing the system are expounded. According to the description of the user requirements, the functional and non-functional requirements analysis is completed, and the overall structure of the system is designed. The system mainly includes the new product recommendation management, statement management, inventory management, sales management, incoming bill management, factory return management, system management and other functions, and detailed introduction of each functional module; The database is designed from the concept structure and logic structure; the design and implementation of the system are described in detail; finally, the testing method of the system is introduced, and the test results of the supermarket supply chain management system are discussed. From the operation effect of Swan City supermarket supply chain management system, it is shown that the system has solved the actual problems such as sales management, purchase management, statement management and so on by means of information technology. To realize the effective management of the supply chain of Swan City supermarket, accelerate the information construction of the supermarket, improve the management efficiency, service level and core competitiveness of the supermarket.
