【摘要】:電子制造屬于能源和資源密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),在現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展時(shí)代電子制造業(yè)也逐漸成為其他行業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。但是每年電子制造型企業(yè)會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的環(huán)境問題,引入綠色物流是實(shí)現(xiàn)電子制造型企業(yè)綠色制造的有效途徑和方法。但是目前我國綠色物流研究還處在起步階段,如果不對綠色物流的實(shí)施績效進(jìn)行評價(jià)將降低其應(yīng)用效果,不利于綠色物流今后的管理實(shí)踐發(fā)展。 通過研究國內(nèi)外綠色物流績效評價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,對當(dāng)前的綠色物流績效評價(jià)成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合電子制造型企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)對其綠色物流體系進(jìn)行分析。通過將電子制造型企業(yè)綠色物流劃分為綠色供應(yīng)物流、綠色生產(chǎn)物流、綠色經(jīng)銷物流和綠色逆向物流四個(gè)部分,依據(jù)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)原則,選擇能夠真實(shí)反應(yīng)電子制造型企業(yè)綠色物流績效水平的指標(biāo),每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的多個(gè)指標(biāo)就構(gòu)成了績效評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過選取一個(gè)更加全面的視角對電子制造型企業(yè)綠色物流績效評價(jià)進(jìn)行研究,將定性方法與定量方法相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建評價(jià)模型時(shí)將層次分析法和三角模糊綜合評價(jià)法融合,形成Triangular Fuzzy-AHP模型,為電子制造型企業(yè)綠色物流的績效評價(jià)提供準(zhǔn)確的評價(jià)方法,從而形成一個(gè)較為系統(tǒng)和高效的綠色物流績效評價(jià)體系。 對電子制造型企業(yè)的綠色物流實(shí)施績效進(jìn)行評價(jià),能夠?qū)φ麄(gè)物流系統(tǒng)上下游企業(yè)之間的采購、經(jīng)銷、回收利用等方面進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,進(jìn)而判斷整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈上綠色物流的實(shí)施情況,并且對其中存在的不足和問題進(jìn)行及時(shí)的改正,真實(shí)客觀地電子制造型企業(yè)的綠色物流水平進(jìn)行科學(xué)地評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Electronic manufacturing belongs to energy and resource intensive industries, and it has gradually become the basis of other industries in the modern development era. However, a large number of environmental problems occur in electronic manufacturing enterprises every year, and the introduction of green logistics is an effective way and method to realize green manufacturing in electronic manufacturing enterprises. However, the study of green logistics in China is still in its infancy. If we do not evaluate the performance of green logistics, it will reduce its application effect, and will not be conducive to the development of green logistics management practice in the future. By studying the present situation of performance evaluation of green logistics at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the current achievements of performance evaluation of green logistics, and analyzes the green logistics system of electronic manufacturing enterprises combined with the characteristics of electronic manufacturing enterprises. By dividing the green logistics of electronic manufacturing enterprises into four parts: green supply logistics, green production logistics, green distribution logistics and green reverse logistics, according to the principle of circular economy, Selecting the index which can truly reflect the performance level of green logistics of electronic manufacturing enterprises, the performance evaluation index system is constituted by multiple indexes in each link. By selecting a more comprehensive perspective to study the performance evaluation of green logistics in electronic manufacturing enterprises, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the AHP and triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are combined to construct the evaluation model. The Triangular Fuzzy-AHP model is formed to provide an accurate evaluation method for the performance evaluation of green logistics in electronic manufacturing enterprises, thus forming a more systematic and efficient performance evaluation system of green logistics. Evaluating the performance of green logistics implementation in electronic manufacturing enterprises can supervise the purchasing, distribution, recycling and other aspects of the whole logistics system between upstream and downstream enterprises, and then judge the implementation of green logistics in the whole supply chain. The shortcomings and problems are corrected in time and the green logistics level of electronic manufacturing enterprises is evaluated scientifically and objectively.
