【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)代技術的進步，企業(yè)之間的競爭逐漸轉變?yōu)楣⿷�、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群之間的競爭，供應鏈企業(yè)之間的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是集群獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的重要源泉。論文在供應鏈協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新的相關理論基礎上，運用定量與定性、實證研究與案例研究相結合的方法，探討了集群供應鏈中橫向企業(yè)間協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新的模式與演變路徑，分析得出影響供應鏈企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的因素，并對影響因素進行了實證研究，最終基于企業(yè)間合作過程中存在知識的溢出與擁擠效應，分析了距離對橫向企業(yè)間協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的影響，并得出集群內(nèi)供應鏈企業(yè)間的最優(yōu)距離。全文共分為6章： 第1章緒論，介紹了論文的研究背景與意義，概述了研究目標與方法，闡述了路線、創(chuàng)新點等方面問題。 第2章國內(nèi)外文獻綜述，本文是對集群式供應鏈內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新研究的提煉與再提升，因此本章先對集群式供應鏈理論進行的綜述與概括，再以本文的研究問題為導向，對企業(yè)間協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新的相關文獻進行了闡述，后分別對供應鏈的橫向和縱向企業(yè)間協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的研究進行了概述。 第3章從集群式供應鏈橫向企業(yè)合作的視角，研究了橫向企業(yè)間協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的四種模式：知識模仿、知識改進、知識創(chuàng)造和轉化創(chuàng)造，并得出四種模式的內(nèi)在演化路徑，，并進行了舉證分析。 第4章從橫向企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式和演化路徑出發(fā)，結合相關文獻研究和實際調(diào)研，找出了影響橫向企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的因素，并構建結構方程模型。以供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)為調(diào)查對象搜集數(shù)據(jù)，對結構方程模型進行了實證檢驗。 第5章在對影響因素進行實證研究的基礎上，在供應鏈企業(yè)的競合過程中引入知識的擁擠效應和溢出效應，采用逆序歸納法分析了在合作博弈和非合作博弈條件下，距離對供應鏈中核心企業(yè)產(chǎn)量、創(chuàng)新水平和利潤的影響，并總結供應鏈橫向企業(yè)間的距離對企業(yè)決策的影響。 第6章結論與展望，總結全文并分析了論文的局限性和有待后續(xù)研究的問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of regional economic integration and the progress of modern technology, competition among enterprises has gradually changed into supply chain, competition among industrial clusters, and synergistic innovation between enterprises of supply chain is an important source of competitive advantage. Based on the new theory of supply chain collaborative network, the thesis uses quantitative and qualitative methods. With the combination of case study and case study, the model and evolution path of horizontal inter enterprise collaborative network innovation in the cluster supply chain are discussed. The factors that affect the synergistic innovation of the supply chain enterprises are analyzed, and the influencing factors are empirically studied. Finally, the knowledge spillover and congestion effect exist in the process of inter enterprise cooperation. The influence of distance on Collaborative Innovation between horizontal enterprises is analyzed, and the optimal distance between enterprises in the supply chain is obtained. The full text is divided into 6 chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the research, outlines the research objectives and methods, and expounds the route, innovation and other aspects.
The second chapter is the literature review at home and abroad. This article is the refining and further upgrading of the internal innovation research in the cluster supply chain. Therefore, this chapter first summarizes and summarizes the theory of cluster supply chain, and then, guided by the research problems in this paper, expounds Xiang Guanwen's contribution to the collaborative network innovation among enterprises, and then respectively to the horizontal and horizontal supply chain. The research on Collaborative Innovation between vertical enterprises is summarized.
The third chapter, from the perspective of horizontal enterprise cooperation in the cluster supply chain, studies the four modes of synergistic innovation among horizontal Enterprises: knowledge imitation, knowledge improvement, knowledge creation and transformation creation, and the internal evolution path of the four patterns is obtained, and the proof analysis is carried out.
The fourth chapter, starting from the model and evolutionary path of horizontal enterprise synergy innovation, combined with relevant literature research and practical research, found out the factors affecting the synergistic innovation performance of horizontal enterprises, and constructed the structural equation model. The data was collected by the supply chain node enterprises for the investigation object, and the structural equation model was tested by the empirical test.
The fifth chapter, based on the empirical study of the influencing factors, introduces the crowding and spillover effects of knowledge in the competition process of supply chain enterprises, and analyzes the influence of distance on the output, innovation level and profit of the core enterprises in the supply chain under the condition of cooperative game and non cooperative game, and summarizes the supply chain. The influence of the distance between the horizontal enterprises on the decision of the enterprise.
The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook, summarizes the full text and analyzes the limitations of the paper and the problems to be followed up.
