【摘要】：指出供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同是使供應(yīng)鏈不斷優(yōu)化達(dá)到多贏效果最好的方法,但現(xiàn)實(shí)中實(shí)行協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈面臨資金問題,而物流金融能夠使供應(yīng)鏈上中小企業(yè)的資金得到更高效的運(yùn)行,使銀行找到了新的業(yè)務(wù)拓展空間。因此提出了將物流授信金融與供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同結(jié)合的運(yùn)作模式,并對如何控制該運(yùn)作模式中的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that supply chain coordination is the best way to optimize the supply chain to achieve multi win effect. But in reality, the implementation of cooperative supply chain is facing capital problems, and logistics finance can make the funds of small and medium-sized enterprises run more efficiently in the supply chain, so that the bank has found a new business extension space. The operation mode of supply chain collaboration is discussed, and how to control the risk in the operation mode is discussed.
