【摘要】：廠網(wǎng)分離以來,煤電價未及時聯(lián)動,電力供求失衡的電荒現(xiàn)象多次出現(xiàn),給經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來極大影響.該文應用供應鏈產(chǎn)能管理理念和系統(tǒng)動力學方法,在原有流率基本入樹模型建模成果的基礎上,針對建立符合實際因果鏈枝的技術難點,概括提出三步建模法,通過建立流率的關聯(lián)二部分圖與逐層反延伸因果鏈圖,及兩圖結合,建立了轉型期電力供應鏈產(chǎn)能管理系統(tǒng)的前期流率基本入樹模型,進行了前期流率基本入樹模型功能研究,建立了等階的流圖模型.且基于前期流率基本入樹模型進行了煤價大幅上漲而電價不及時聯(lián)動形成的因果鏈剖析專題分析,為基于反饋環(huán)分析的轉型期電荒原因剖析及其三步對策生成打下基礎.
[Abstract]:In this paper , a three - step modeling method is presented , which is based on the theory of supply chain capacity management and the system dynamics method . Based on the modeling results of the original flow rate basic tree model , a three - step modeling method is proposed . Based on the analysis of the basic input tree model of the current flow rate and the causal chain analysis of the current rate of the power supply chain capacity management system , this paper analyzes the cause and effect chain formed by the linkage between the electricity price and the electricity price , and lays a foundation for the analysis of the reasons of the electricity shortage in the period of transition based on the feedback loop analysis and the three - step countermeasures .
