柔性供應(yīng)鏈管理在電商服裝行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銷售時代,滿足客戶的潛在需求是企業(yè)實施供應(yīng)鏈管理的目標所在,以客戶價值為導(dǎo)向,柔性、快速響應(yīng)客戶需求的供應(yīng)鏈管理思路將成為企業(yè)重要的管理戰(zhàn)略。文章以最能凸現(xiàn)快速響應(yīng)客戶需求的服裝行業(yè)為背景,以柔性供應(yīng)鏈管理為主題,討論柔性供應(yīng)鏈管理的應(yīng)用必要性及主要對策,以此對當(dāng)前的電商服裝行業(yè)的發(fā)展做一些分析和展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet sales, to meet the potential needs of customers is the goal of enterprises to implement supply chain management. Supply chain management, which is guided by customer value, flexible and quick to respond to customer demand, will become an important management strategy. This paper discusses the necessity and main countermeasures of flexible supply chain management (FSCM) based on the background of garment industry which can respond to customer's demand most quickly and the subject of flexible supply chain management (FSCM). In this regard, the current e-commerce clothing industry to do some analysis and prospects.
