【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的出現(xiàn)，，環(huán)境問題已成為人類普遍關(guān)注的話題，“綠色理念”、“低碳環(huán)�！比找娉蔀樾率兰o(jì)的主流。服裝業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，在廣大人民衣著消費(fèi)方面發(fā)揮重要作用的同時，正在面臨著綠色壁壘和低碳環(huán)保法規(guī)等來自環(huán)境方面的挑戰(zhàn)，且作為環(huán)境污染較嚴(yán)重的產(chǎn)業(yè)，要想躋身于國內(nèi)外市場就要提高自身的競爭力，而實施“綠色環(huán)�！薄ⅰ暗吞挤b”的相關(guān)措施就成為服裝業(yè)提高競爭力的重要手段�；诖�，服裝業(yè)的競爭實際上就是供應(yīng)鏈的競爭，將“綠色”、“環(huán)�！崩砟顟�(yīng)用于供應(yīng)鏈的全過程，形成在環(huán)境視角下的服裝業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈理念，達(dá)到對能源的消耗最少，對環(huán)境的副作用影響最小的目的，從而實現(xiàn)服裝業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。而績效評價又是服裝業(yè)在環(huán)境視角下實施供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)鍵問題，有效的供應(yīng)鏈績效評價不僅能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)并且控制服裝業(yè)的效益問題，而且能夠促進(jìn)整個供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作和體系優(yōu)化，并且為服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展提供決策依據(jù)，進(jìn)而在推動供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展的同時，改善服裝業(yè)在環(huán)境視角下供應(yīng)鏈的整體績效。 本文首先論述了研究背景、目的和意義，并對目前的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行理論綜述，給出本文的研究方法、創(chuàng)新點和整體框架；接著對可持續(xù)發(fā)展與綠色供應(yīng)鏈以及服裝業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的概念進(jìn)行了界定，據(jù)此能夠得出幾種概念的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系，之后闡述了供應(yīng)鏈績效評價的相關(guān)理論；然后，依據(jù)評價指標(biāo)的選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從服裝業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程、供應(yīng)鏈可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力、顧客服務(wù)水平、供應(yīng)鏈整體管理水平和供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)保水平等五個方面建立了在環(huán)境視角下的服裝業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價指標(biāo)體系；最后，在對服裝業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈與幾種模型的供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行比較的基礎(chǔ)上，給出本文的模型并且運(yùn)用層次分析法確定各評價指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，依據(jù)模糊函數(shù)方法確定各評價指標(biāo)的隸屬度，并結(jié)合模糊綜合評價方法對服裝業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的整體績效進(jìn)行評價。并在此基礎(chǔ)上選取典型的服裝企業(yè)，對服裝業(yè)在環(huán)境視角下實施供應(yīng)鏈的狀況進(jìn)行應(yīng)用分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economy and the emergence of low-carbon economy, environmental problems have become a topic of universal concern. "Green concept" and "low-carbon environmental protection" are increasingly becoming the mainstream of the new century. As the pillar industry of our national economy, clothing industry plays an important role in clothing and consumption of the broad masses of people. At the same time, it is facing environmental challenges such as green barriers and low-carbon environmental laws and regulations. As an industry with serious environmental pollution, it is necessary to improve its competitiveness if it wants to enter into the domestic and foreign markets, and the relevant measures of "green environmental protection" and "low carbon clothing" have become an important means for garment industry to improve its competitiveness. Based on this, the competition of clothing industry is actually the competition of supply chain. The concept of "green" and "environmental protection" is applied to the whole process of supply chain. The aim of minimizing the adverse effects on the environment is to achieve the sustainable development of the clothing industry. The performance evaluation is the key problem for the clothing industry to implement the supply chain from the perspective of environment. Effective performance evaluation of the supply chain can not only discover and control the benefits of the clothing industry, but also promote the operation and system optimization of the whole supply chain. It also provides the decision basis for the development of the clothing industry and improves the overall performance of the supply chain from the perspective of environment while promoting the development of the supply chain. This paper first discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, and the current research status of the theoretical review, give the research methods, innovation and the overall framework; Then the concept of sustainable development and green supply chain and clothing industry supply chain is defined, according to which the difference and relation of several concepts can be obtained, and then the relevant theories of supply chain performance evaluation are expounded. According to the selection criteria of the evaluation index, from the clothing industry business process, supply chain sustainable development ability, customer service level, The whole management level of the supply chain and the environmental protection level of the supply chain are set up to evaluate the performance of the apparel industry supply chain from the perspective of environment. Finally, on the basis of the comparison between the supply chain of the clothing industry and the supply chain of several models, The model of this paper is given and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the membership degree of each evaluation index is determined by fuzzy function method, and the overall performance of clothing industry supply chain is evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On this basis, the typical garment enterprises are selected to analyze the application of supply chain in the environment.
