準(zhǔn)時(shí)化(JIT)采購(gòu)在G公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,各行業(yè)內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,要想在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝,則必須對(duì)企業(yè)自身進(jìn)行全面而深刻的變革以適應(yīng)不斷變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。物料采購(gòu)是企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中需要管理者特別重視的環(huán)節(jié),雖然在整個(gè)企業(yè)管理變革的過(guò)程中,采購(gòu)活動(dòng)常常被放在邊緣的位置,但是,若對(duì)不產(chǎn)生增值的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行消除浪費(fèi)的改革,將對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生很大的影響,尤其是在提高企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,提高資金利用效率,在質(zhì)量和供貨及時(shí)性上滿足客戶需求等方面將產(chǎn)生很好的效果。 準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)模式是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)紛紛推崇的一種現(xiàn)代管理模式。準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)也叫JIT(JUST IN TIME)采購(gòu),是日本豐田公司在19世紀(jì)70年代創(chuàng)立的精益生產(chǎn)(JUST IN TIME)體系中的一個(gè)重要部分。精益生產(chǎn)是利用訂單驅(qū)動(dòng)生產(chǎn),眾多學(xué)者在理論方面的研究已經(jīng)越來(lái)越成熟,在實(shí)踐應(yīng)用方面也有越來(lái)越多的大型企業(yè)采用這一先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)體系,準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)模式已經(jīng)可以作為單獨(dú)的采購(gòu)管理模式被應(yīng)用在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理中,其對(duì)供應(yīng)商管理的思想能夠很好地使企業(yè)適應(yīng)快速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,并且在提高企業(yè)資金利用率、企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)能力方面有重要意義,同時(shí)這樣一種思想也是符合現(xiàn)代供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的。然而在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用卻碰到了阻礙,尤其是中小企業(yè)想要應(yīng)用這一先進(jìn)管理方法時(shí),受制于自身各方面不足,以及理論的缺乏。本文,將在對(duì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究分析后,提出在我國(guó)中小企業(yè)也可以得到很好地應(yīng)用的觀點(diǎn),并選取了特定的企業(yè)G公司,為其設(shè)計(jì)了符合其實(shí)際情況的準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)模式,并得出此采購(gòu)模式能夠給G公司帶來(lái)較好的預(yù)期效果。 文章確定研究問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容,首先闡述了本文的研究背景和研究意義。整理了論文的研究思路以及基本框架結(jié)構(gòu)。文章簡(jiǎn)要論述了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)模式的相關(guān)理論。本文在介紹了準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)的基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,將結(jié)合具體的中小企業(yè)G公司的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)G公司的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析之后,為G公司在實(shí)施準(zhǔn)時(shí)化采購(gòu)模式進(jìn)行應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。并提出了G公司在實(shí)施的具體步驟,最后對(duì)此次應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行評(píng)析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. In order to win in the fierce market competition, we must carry out comprehensive and profound changes to the enterprises themselves to adapt to the changing market environment. Improve your competitiveness. Material procurement is a link that managers should pay special attention to in the management of enterprises. Although in the whole process of management change, procurement activities are often placed on the edge, but, Reforms to eliminate waste in procurement activities that do not generate value added will have a great impact on enterprises, especially in improving their operational capacity and efficiency in the use of funds. In the quality and timeliness of delivery to meet customer needs and other aspects will have a good effect. Just-in-time purchasing model is a modern management model which is respected by modern enterprises one after another. Just-in-time purchasing, also called JIT(JUST IN TIME, is an important part of the lean production IN time (JUST IN TIME) system established by Toyota in the 1870s. Lean production is based on order driven production, many scholars in the theoretical research has become more and more mature, in the practical application of more and more large enterprises to adopt this advanced production system, Just-in-time procurement model can be used as a separate procurement management model in the production management of enterprises. The idea of supplier management can make enterprises adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. And it is of great significance in improving the utilization rate of enterprise funds and the operational ability of enterprises. At the same time, such an idea is also in line with the modern supply chain management thought. However, the application in our country has encountered obstacles, especially when SMEs want to apply this advanced management method, they are constrained by their own deficiencies and the lack of theory. In this paper, after researching and analyzing the relevant theory of just-in-time purchasing, the author points out that small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can also be applied well, and select the specific enterprise G company. The just-in-time purchasing model is designed for the company, and it is concluded that this procurement model can bring good expected effect to G company. On the basis of determining the research problems, this paper clarifies the research content of the paper, and expounds the research background and significance of this paper. The research ideas and the basic frame structure of the thesis are summarized. This paper briefly discusses the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars about punctual purchasing mode. On the basis of introducing the basic theory of just-in-time purchasing, this paper will analyze the current situation of G company's purchasing activities according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprise G company. For G company in the implementation of punctual procurement mode for the application design. And put forward the G company in the implementation of the specific steps, the final evaluation of the application effect.
