準時化(JIT)采購在G公司的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代經濟的飛速發(fā)展,各行業(yè)內的競爭越來越激烈,要想在激烈的市場競爭中取勝,則必須對企業(yè)自身進行全面而深刻的變革以適應不斷變化的市場環(huán)境,提高自身的競爭力。物料采購是企業(yè)運營管理中需要管理者特別重視的環(huán)節(jié),雖然在整個企業(yè)管理變革的過程中,采購活動常常被放在邊緣的位置,但是,若對不產生增值的采購活動進行消除浪費的改革,將對企業(yè)產生很大的影響,尤其是在提高企業(yè)運營能力,提高資金利用效率,在質量和供貨及時性上滿足客戶需求等方面將產生很好的效果。 準時化采購模式是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)紛紛推崇的一種現(xiàn)代管理模式。準時化采購也叫JIT(JUST IN TIME)采購,是日本豐田公司在19世紀70年代創(chuàng)立的精益生產(JUST IN TIME)體系中的一個重要部分。精益生產是利用訂單驅動生產,眾多學者在理論方面的研究已經越來越成熟,在實踐應用方面也有越來越多的大型企業(yè)采用這一先進的生產體系,準時化采購模式已經可以作為單獨的采購管理模式被應用在企業(yè)的生產管理中,其對供應商管理的思想能夠很好地使企業(yè)適應快速變化的市場環(huán)境,并且在提高企業(yè)資金利用率、企業(yè)運營能力方面有重要意義,同時這樣一種思想也是符合現(xiàn)代供應鏈管理思想的。然而在我國的應用卻碰到了阻礙,尤其是中小企業(yè)想要應用這一先進管理方法時,受制于自身各方面不足,以及理論的缺乏。本文,將在對準時化采購相關理論進行研究分析后,提出在我國中小企業(yè)也可以得到很好地應用的觀點,并選取了特定的企業(yè)G公司,為其設計了符合其實際情況的準時化采購模式,并得出此采購模式能夠給G公司帶來較好的預期效果。 文章確定研究問題的基礎上,明確了論文的研究內容,首先闡述了本文的研究背景和研究意義。整理了論文的研究思路以及基本框架結構。文章簡要論述了國內外學者有關準時化采購模式的相關理論。本文在介紹了準時化采購的基本理論的基礎上,將結合具體的中小企業(yè)G公司的實際情況,對G公司的采購活動現(xiàn)狀進行分析之后,為G公司在實施準時化采購模式進行應用設計。并提出了G公司在實施的具體步驟,最后對此次應用效果進行評析。

In the quality and timeliness of delivery to meet customer needs and other aspects will have a good effect. Just-in-time purchasing model is a modern management model which is respected by modern enterprises one after another. Just-in-time purchasing, also called JIT(JUST IN TIME, is an important part of the lean production IN time (JUST IN TIME) system established by Toyota in the 1870s. Lean production is based on order driven production, many scholars in the theoretical research has become more and more mature, in the practical application of more and more large enterprises to adopt this advanced production system, Just-in-time procurement model can be used as a separate procurement management model in the production management of enterprises. The idea of supplier management can make enterprises adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. And it is of great significance in improving the utilization rate of enterprise funds and the operational ability of enterprises. At the same time, such an idea is also in line with the modern supply chain management thought. However, the application in our country has encountered obstacles, especially when SMEs want to apply this advanced management method, they are constrained by their own deficiencies and the lack of theory. In this paper, after researching and analyzing the relevant theory of just-in-time purchasing, the author points out that small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can also be applied well, and select the specific enterprise G company. The just-in-time purchasing model is designed for the company, and it is concluded that this procurement model can bring good expected effect to G company. On the basis of determining the research problems, this paper clarifies the research content of the paper, and expounds the research background and significance of this paper. The research ideas and the basic frame structure of the thesis are summarized. This paper briefly discusses the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars about punctual purchasing mode. On the basis of introducing the basic theory of just-in-time purchasing, this paper will analyze the current situation of G company's purchasing activities according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprise G company. For G company in the implementation of punctual procurement mode for the application design. And put forward the G company in the implementation of the specific steps, the final evaluation of the application effect.
