【摘要】:我國經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,船用柴油機零件的產(chǎn)能逐年擴大,憑借勞動力資源充裕的優(yōu)勢,我國已經(jīng)成為繼日本、韓國之后最具影響力的船用柴油機零件的生產(chǎn)國之一。2012年至今,受國際金融危機影響,船用柴油機行業(yè)也隨之跌入低谷。歐洲主要船用柴油機制造商紛紛將注意力轉(zhuǎn)移到采購成本相對低廉的中國。MDT公司中國質(zhì)量部現(xiàn)行的抽樣檢驗手段主要關注供應商所供零件本身的質(zhì)量好壞,不但存在漏檢的風險,也很難辨別供應商發(fā)生質(zhì)量問題的真正原因。這樣的供應商質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀難以滿足擴大采購量的公司戰(zhàn)略。針對中國供應商建立起有效的質(zhì)量績效評價體系,通過改進供應商質(zhì)量管理水平降低因質(zhì)量缺陷產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量風險和質(zhì)量成本,對于進一步提高公司的采購信心,擴大中國零件采購量,實現(xiàn)降低整機制造成本的戰(zhàn)略有著重要的意義。 本文對MDT公司中國質(zhì)量部的供應商質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀進行了深入的剖析,提出了MDT公司中國質(zhì)量部目前在國內(nèi)供應商質(zhì)量管理方面存在的不足并提出了解決方法。本文在國內(nèi)外供應商績效評價和質(zhì)量績效評價研究的基礎上,創(chuàng)新界定了供應商績效評價的概念。建立了基于GB/T19004(IS09004)質(zhì)量績效評價標準的供應商質(zhì)量績效評價模型,突破了以各種質(zhì)量獎模型為主導模式的局限,對于GB/T19004(IS09004)標準在質(zhì)量績效評價中的推廣應用具有積極的實踐意義。在此基礎上,本文采用了層次分析法與灰色關聯(lián)度分析法相結合的綜合分析法對供應商質(zhì)量績效體系進行評價,建立了在信息不全條件下的供應商質(zhì)量績效測評價方法。本文提供了在信息不全條件下,為供應商質(zhì)量績效評價提供了一種新的方法,為企業(yè)進行客觀的供應商質(zhì)量績效評價,改進對供應商的質(zhì)量管理工作提供了一種有效工具。
[Abstract]:After years of development in China, the production capacity of marine diesel engine parts has expanded year by year. With the advantage of abundant labor resources, China has become one of the most influential marine diesel engine parts after Japan and South Korea,.2012 years since the international financial crisis, the marine diesel engine industry has also fallen into a low valley. The main marine diesel engine manufacturers have shifted their attention to the relatively low cost of the purchasing cost of China's.MDT company, China's quality department. The current sampling inspection methods mainly focus on the quality of the parts supplied by the suppliers, not only the risk of leakage, but also the real reasons for the quality problems of the suppliers. The current situation of business quality management is difficult to meet the company strategy of expanding the quantity of purchasing. To establish an effective quality performance evaluation system for Chinese suppliers and to reduce the quality risk and quality cost caused by quality defects by improving the quality management level of the suppliers, to further improve the purchasing confidence of the public companies and to expand the volume of Chinese parts purchasing, The strategy of reducing the manufacturing cost of the whole machine is of great significance.
This paper makes a thorough analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the quality department of MDT company in China, and puts forward the shortcomings of the quality management of the Chinese quality department of MDT company at present and puts forward the solutions. On the basis of the research on the performance evaluation and quality performance evaluation of the suppliers at home and abroad, this paper is to define the innovation. The concept of supplier performance evaluation is established. The supplier quality performance evaluation model based on GB/T19004 (IS09004) quality performance evaluation standard has been established. It breaks through the limitations of various quality award models as the leading model, and has positive practical significance for the popularization and application of GB/T19004 (IS09004) standard in quality performance evaluation. In this paper, the comprehensive analysis method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis is used to evaluate the quality performance system of suppliers, and the quality performance evaluation method of supplier is established under the condition of incomplete information. This paper provides a new method for the supplier quality performance evaluation under the condition of incomplete information. It is an effective tool for enterprises to carry out objective supplier quality performance evaluation and improve supplier quality management.
