L公司物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建及其管理策略研究

【摘要】:自本世紀(jì)以來(lái),物流行業(yè)高速發(fā)展,然而越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)進(jìn)入物流市場(chǎng)之后,加劇了市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),原本高利潤(rùn)、高回報(bào)的市場(chǎng)逐漸淪為近乎完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng),由于他們大多都提供同質(zhì)化的物流服務(wù),這導(dǎo)致很多物流企業(yè)不得不采取價(jià)格領(lǐng)先策略,因此他們很難獲得相應(yīng)的利潤(rùn),最終導(dǎo)致他們多處在瀕臨虧損的邊緣。物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的概念產(chǎn)生于本世紀(jì)初,在汽車及港口物流領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)得到了比較廣泛的應(yīng)用,相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)也比較豐富,公路運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域同樣存在著能力差異,因此筆者認(rèn)為此領(lǐng)域也存在著應(yīng)用物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的機(jī)會(huì)。本文研究的公司——L公司是由傳統(tǒng)國(guó)企私有化改制而來(lái)的現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè),其年?duì)I業(yè)收入在2016年中國(guó)物流企業(yè)營(yíng)收排名中位列第44位,但在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的沖擊及服務(wù)日趨同質(zhì)化的背景下,以L公司為代表的這類物流企業(yè)凈利率逐漸下降,瀕臨虧損。筆者結(jié)合實(shí)際調(diào)研,通過(guò)SWOT分析對(duì)公司優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇及威脅做了深入分析,認(rèn)為L(zhǎng)公司面對(duì)當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)必須進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型,企業(yè)才能獲得持續(xù)的發(fā)展。L公司應(yīng)該利用企業(yè)所面臨的外部政策、技術(shù)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,深入挖掘自身現(xiàn)有的物流能力、網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì),打破自身發(fā)展劣勢(shì),選擇"SO——WO"復(fù)合型戰(zhàn)略,在對(duì)其轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇之后,筆者分析了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的形成動(dòng)因,認(rèn)為L(zhǎng)公司現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈模式,能夠很好的與物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行融合,且構(gòu)建物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈有利于L公司實(shí)現(xiàn)自身更好的發(fā)展,因此筆者為L(zhǎng)公司選擇了發(fā)展物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的道路,首先為其構(gòu)建了以自身為核心的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,在新構(gòu)建的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈體系下,對(duì)其原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施,以此提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量。第五章筆者結(jié)合共生理論,首先分析了 L公司與客戶、供應(yīng)商之間的共生關(guān)系,接著分析LSSC體系下L公司與客戶、供應(yīng)商之間"共生關(guān)系—互動(dòng)—共生能量"的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,并提出了共生關(guān)系的優(yōu)化策略,根據(jù)共生理論,共生能量的提升最終將會(huì)帶動(dòng)共生關(guān)系的升級(jí),筆者認(rèn)為隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷升入,共生關(guān)系會(huì)不斷演進(jìn),L公司會(huì)與客戶形成對(duì)稱互惠共生關(guān)系,與供應(yīng)商形成非對(duì)稱互惠共生關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since this century, the logistics industry has developed at a high speed. However, more and more enterprises have entered the logistics market, which has intensified the market competition. The original market with high profits and high returns has gradually been reduced to a nearly completely competitive market. Because most of them provide homogenous logistics service, many logistics enterprises have to take price leading strategy, so it is very difficult for them to obtain the corresponding profit, which leads to many of them being on the verge of losing money. The concept of logistics service supply chain emerged at the beginning of this century and has been widely used in the field of automobile and port logistics. Therefore, the author thinks that there are also opportunities to apply logistics service supply chain in this field. The company studied in this paper, L Company, is a modern logistics enterprise from the privatization and restructuring of traditional state-owned enterprises. Its annual operating income ranks 44th in the revenue ranking of Chinese logistics enterprises in 2016. However, under the background of the impact of Internet and the homogeneity of service, the net interest rate of this kind of logistics enterprise, represented by L Company, is declining gradually and is on the verge of loss. Combining with the actual investigation, the author makes a deep analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company through SWOT analysis, and thinks that L Company must transform in the face of the current situation. Only in order to obtain sustained development. L company should take advantage of the external policy and the opportunity of technological development, dig into its existing logistics ability, network advantage, break its own development disadvantage, and choose "SO--WO" compound strategy. After the strategic choice of its transformation, the author analyzes the reasons for the formation of the logistics service supply chain, and thinks that the existing supply chain mode of L company can integrate well with the logistics service supply chain. And the construction of logistics service supply chain is conducive to the better development of L company, so the author chooses the way to develop logistics service supply chain for L company, first of all, it constructs logistics service supply chain with itself as the core. Under the new logistics service supply chain system, the original business process is analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to improve the service quality. In the fifth chapter, the author first analyzes the symbiotic relationship between company L and customers and suppliers, and then analyzes the transmission mechanism of "symbiotic relationship-interaction-symbiotic energy" between company L and customers and suppliers under LSSC system. According to symbiosis theory, the promotion of symbiotic energy will eventually lead to the upgrading of symbiotic relationship. Symbiotic relationship will evolve continuously. Company L will form symbiotic relationship with customers, asymmetric reciprocal symbiotic relationship with suppliers.
