【摘要】：本文以作者多年從事電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理全局出發(fā),淺述了小型電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的理念和問題解決方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the author's experience in the financial management of electronic equipment manufacturing industry for many years, this paper discusses the concept and solution of supply chain management of small electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises from the overall situation of enterprise management.
