【摘要】：線上供應(yīng)鏈金融是金融業(yè)與基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)之間，通過(guò)信息化和平臺(tái)化發(fā)展而形成的供應(yīng)鏈金融的新趨勢(shì)，平安銀行、中信銀行等先后推出了“線上供應(yīng)鏈金融”“電子供應(yīng)鏈金融”等相關(guān)金融服務(wù)。線上供應(yīng)鏈金融不同于傳統(tǒng)的銀行融資業(yè)務(wù)，是一種典型的交易性融資產(chǎn)品，他的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有自己的特點(diǎn)，不適合用傳統(tǒng)的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和評(píng)估方法。能否準(zhǔn)確有效的識(shí)別和評(píng)估信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)關(guān)系著線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況和未來(lái)發(fā)展。因此文本對(duì)線上供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和評(píng)估研究具有非常重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文對(duì)線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的概念作了界定，分析了線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的平臺(tái)構(gòu)建情況和特點(diǎn)，并將線上供應(yīng)鏈金融分為預(yù)付賬款融資、應(yīng)收賬款融資和存貨融資三種典型融資模式；分析線上供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn)，通過(guò)預(yù)付賬款融資、應(yīng)收賬款融資和存貨融資三種典型融資模式的融資交易流程識(shí)別出線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)；形成適合于線上供應(yīng)鏈金融信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法，包括首次參與線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的靜態(tài)準(zhǔn)入評(píng)估和非首次參與的動(dòng)態(tài)信用評(píng)估，以此來(lái)指導(dǎo)銀行的融資決策；最后提出了適合線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理建議。
[Abstract]:On-line supply chain finance is a new trend of supply chain finance formed by the development of information and platform between the financial industry and the physical industry based on supply chain management. CITIC Bank has launched online supply chain finance, electronic supply chain finance and other related financial services. The online supply chain finance is different from the traditional bank financing business, it is a typical transactional financing product. Its credit risk has its own characteristics, so it is not suitable to use the traditional credit risk identification and evaluation method. Accurate and effective identification and evaluation of credit risk is related to the operation and future development of online supply chain finance. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to identify and evaluate the credit risk of online supply chain finance. This paper defines the concept of online supply chain finance, analyzes the platform construction and characteristics of online supply chain finance, and divides the online supply chain finance into three typical financing modes: prepaid account financing, receivables financing and inventory financing. This paper analyzes the characteristics of credit risk in online supply chain finance, and identifies the credit risk points of supply chain finance online through the financing flow of three typical financing modes: prepaid account financing, receivables financing and inventory financing. Forming a comprehensive evaluation method suitable for online supply chain finance credit risk, including participating in the static access assessment of online supply chain finance for the first time and the non-first-time dynamic credit evaluation, in order to guide the bank's financing decision. Finally, the credit risk management suggestions for online supply chain finance are put forward.
